  1. That’s quite different from my screen. Have you tried using a different browser like Chrome.
  2. Have to say I only found one really poor grammatical error and that was a misplaced comma. Overall I thought it was written in pretty standard US English. It communicated what she intended to communicate, I thought.
  3. We took about 5 minutes getting through customs & security and another 5 minutes to find our luggage. There is a taxi rank with plenty of taxis there.
  4. Thanks for that, I’ve added it to the spreadsheet. Although we have had drinks packages, we’ve never asked for drinks to be served in our cabin - we never dine in our cabin either (mainly because we’ve never had a Suite of any sort and we don’t feel there’s enough room in an OV or Veranda cabin to eat a main meal in there.)
  5. Me neither now, although previously it did show at the top. The other way to see it is to do a search for a future cruise, then click on Book for any cruise, click on to say it’s for two guests. That brings up a page that says ‘Sign In’ top right. If you sign in there that brings up your profile. If you click on the box marked Club Programs that brings up your membership number and status, both of which are wrong in my case.
  6. Thought I’d post the ‘Tips’ spreadsheet link again to save searching for it. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit
  7. When you first login to your account your status is at the top of the page.
  8. Have a look at the excursions for your cruise. If there is one with a zero price that is your Azamazing evening.
  9. Isn’t it frustrating. I’ve just filled in the Account Login Help Form again saying No it isn’t alright!!!😤
  10. I can get the details of the excursions on my upcoming cruise (although only through Seaware - can’t see my upcoming cruise in my account on Azamara.com) but it won’t let me copy & paste - very frustrating.
  11. Very easy, just walk out of the terminal & there’s a taxi station there with plenty of taxis. No need to book.
  12. I completed the Account Login Help Form to tell them my account on Azamara.com shows no upcoming cruise & has me as an adventurer with no points and the wrong membership number. I got an email back within the hour telling my my account looks fine to them but I could try a new password using forgot password. I did that and nothing has changed! I emailed them back to tell them this was the case.
  13. It’s not a ‘mandatory two people’. It is possible for only 1 person in a cabin to buy a package.
  14. We were able to get drinks in port on our Norway cruise with Azamara
  15. How did you manage it. I've been trying, but it won't let you copy and paste the text in the excursion description. Help!
  16. Wow, you actually got the cruise director there ? On our last two cruises the events were 6pm on embarkation day, but no Azamara people there at all and no drinks etc.
  17. She can’t figure it out either! The strange thing is that at first in the new system my information was all there and correct. It disappeared only after 2-3 weeks.
  18. I can’t see a way to do it either. I emailed Azamara to ask about it, but got no response.
  19. Our last 2 cruises with Azamara were after the break away from RCCL. We found no difference in the food apart from the odd supply issues (E.g escargots disappeared after a few days, HD said this was a supply issue)
  20. Quite agree, food in the MDR was great on the Pursuit in March. Patio was excellent too.
  21. Same here, new number and no points although we are actually at Discoverer level.
  22. We always thought that too, but that wasn’t our experience in March on the Pursuit Rio to Lisbon transatlantic cruise. The Brazilian ports were fine but in Cape Verde we were the first ship there, but were docked at the furthest end of the dock. Two other ships came in after us and got nearer spots. To add insult to injury they both had shuttle buses and we didn’t. We ended up not getting off the ship there as it was too far for my DH to walk just to get to the dock gates. In Tenerife and Madeira we were also docked the furthest out of several ships. There was no shuttle in Tenerife either, but there was one in Madeira.
