I just confirmed for the second time, no bonus points unless the booking is direct with Cunard.

Any other offer I have received the points. But they say when you book with Seabourn, direct or through a travel advisor. This time is says only direct. I will reach out to AMEX again.

I was excited when I received the offer for and extra 5 membership rewards points per dollar up to a $10,000 spend. Anytime I have had this offer a booking that came through under the cruise line via myTA qualified. Not with Cunard. After I made initial deposit , the points never showed up. AMEX explained to me it has to be made direct with Cunard. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. First time you don't get points when booking via a TA

Call Seabourn or your travel agent. Once final documents are generated , it will be shown there.

So, as of today the OBC was in my account . I called seabourn, and they instantly applied it to my booking.

I recently used the stock perks app for an August sailing. I receved the email of success for the booking. The shareholder credit went into my account instead of on the booking. Anyone else have this problem?
I have emailed seabourn and explained the situation. Waiting for a reply.

I’ve done both on the smaller ships. Pre dinner appetizer, or order a tray as a meal. Each time it was excellent.

So what happened is Atlas upgraded my cabin due to the price drop. It was handled very well. IMO.

How does Atlas handle a price drop offer final payment. I just booked my first cruise with them, and paid the total as the sailing is in May. Do they offer a higher level cabin, or a future cruise credit, or do they do nothing. I sail Seabourn normally, and they upgrade the cabin or add OBC.

Both Seabourn and HAL are having this issue. Hope we get proper credit due.

After returning on December 21 from the 21 night cruise. My credit for the days and spend I’ve never showed up yet. I sent a message to Seabourn club and they said that there’s a website issue with all cruises from December. They are working diligently to correct the issue And credit will be added correctly when the website issue gets resolved

After I logged out and logged back in several times, the problem corrected itself

Success. PurchasedHIA using the chase sapphire reserve. Charge $495 . $300 statement credit will show up shortly. Not so bad. This is 9 nights

My cruise leaves this Friday, so I thought I would buy the HIA and use my sapphire reserve $300 credit. When I add it to the cart, it’s a negative balance and says no further payment is needed. When I click confirm, it says there is a problem. Any idea what this means? Or just another HAL glitch.

My mistake . When I re read, it was from the obstructed to the best unobstructed. I think I need new glasses. It makes sense now . Sorry for the confusion.

The upsell was from a guarantee VH obstructed to the best available VH obstructed. In HALs defense , some VH are sideways with a larger balcony, but still a vh with obstruction. This is on the Rotterdam.

I am sailing on the Rotterdam, and booked a VH obstructed balcony 9(night)as I am sailing alone and had to pay double. Got an email offering me and upsell from my VH guarantee to the the best obstructed VH balcony for $398. Since I have been to the Caribbean many times, I dont care about where the cabin is and will do nothing, but thought HAL is getting creative.

I recently emailed my fidelity statement for a Princess cruise. I was instructed to download the stockperks app and send my statement in, and then apply for the shareholder credit. I did this and two days later got the credit. Since all lines are on the app, I used the app for my March Caribbean on Seabourn. Like clockwork, two days later I got the credit. You only have to download one statement and thats it. Easy peezee
