  1. How does Atlas handle a price drop offer final payment. I just booked my first cruise with them, and paid the total as the sailing is in May. Do they offer a higher level cabin, or a future cruise credit, or do they do nothing. I sail Seabourn normally, and they upgrade the cabin or add OBC. 

  2. After returning on December 21 from the 21 night cruise. My credit for the days and spend I’ve never showed up yet. I sent a message to Seabourn club and they said that there’s a website issue with all cruises from December. They are working diligently to correct the issue And credit will be added correctly when the website issue gets resolved 

  3. My cruise leaves this Friday, so I thought I would buy the HIA and use my sapphire reserve $300 credit. When I add it to the cart, it’s a negative balance and says no further payment is needed. When I click confirm, it says there is a problem. Any idea what this means?  Or just another HAL glitch. 

  4. I am sailing on the Rotterdam, and booked a VH obstructed balcony 9(night)as I am sailing alone and had to pay double. Got an email offering me and upsell from my VH guarantee to the  the best obstructed VH balcony for $398. Since I have been to the Caribbean many times, I dont care about where the cabin is and will do nothing, but thought HAL is getting creative.

  5. I recently emailed my fidelity statement for a Princess cruise.  I was instructed to download the stockperks app and send my statement in, and then apply for the shareholder credit. I did this and two days later got the credit. Since all lines are on the app, I used the app for my March Caribbean on Seabourn.  Like clockwork, two days later I got the credit. You only have to download one statement and thats it. Easy peezee

    Chat with other passengers.

    Check your onboard account.

    Book tours.

    Read the Herald.

    Get menus for the restaurants.

    Hours of operations for each venue.

    Connect to the internet.

    I constantly use the app. Find it very useful.

  7. I had a booking in October that I paid the single supplement for. 

    When I was on the Encore in August, I added someone to the cruise.

    The future cruise consultant said I needed to pay $5849 to add a companion to my suite , and that when the current cruise ended I would be refunded $2480 as I paid more than the regular fare due to the single supplement. 

    Got home and only got refunded $760 from Seabourn instead of the $2480.

    What happened is the other $1700 went the the travel agency for commission.

    At no time did the lady on Seabourn explain this.  

    The TA said she would take care of the situation. 

    I put the $5849 on Amex, so if it does not get resolved, I guess I’ll dispute the charge for the difference.

    Senior staff on board listened and head office acted promptly.

    I was on the same leg of that cruise. Got off on the 20th. Have not seen the 25% yet when I log in.
