not going to change my cruise experience at all.

How can you recycle a picture? "Oh I don't like mine but I'll buy a picture of this family that looks nicer? Just kidding of course.

 

If they can recycle the paper for the pictures, they can also recycle the Fun Times.

wait, doesn't everybody do that?? :D

perhaps if there were recycling bins for the funtimes

Can anyone tell me the best way to get from the airport to the Port. We are looking at this cruise for Sept but not sure how to get from the airport. We considered a rental car but since it has to be returned to the airport we would have to pay parking for the time we are on the cruise.

 

Not sure if they have a shuttle service ? or if a couple taxi's would be better. There are 8 of us.

If they want to eliminate paper waste, they should look at all of the pictures that end up in the trash. That has to cost a fortune.

true but I think someone said they recycle all those pictures that don't get bought?

sorry that happened! we usually have a group of 10 and never had to wait and always sat together. we went around 6:30ish. maybe varies from cruise to cruise and ship to ship?

haven't been on the Freedom in a while but you can look at some of my pictures in my signature. we did a meet and greet in one of the aft lounges

Would not surprise me if they made it electronic.... then made you buy internet to see it....

I only have a dumb phone so I would be lost without the paper Fun Times. :o

 

On the Freedom in November we did not receive a final invoice, I found out that if you wanted a printed invoice you would have to print one out at a kiosk.

that made me laugh!

when are you sailing? the Freedom is expected to get an upgrade during its drydock in the spring and maybe get Guys burgers

my friend said that she was told her deck is debarking at 10:30

we did the same itinerary this past summer and loved it. which ruins are you doing in Belize? we did Xunantunich and it was great

we also did Nachi Cocum. you can swim in the pool or ocean. they do have some other things to do but cost some extra. our first time there we did an extra snorkel excursion. this time we just hung out and relaxed

I have a cost estimation sheet that I use to figure out exactly how much I spending money I will need ( excursions, cabs, extra tips etc) we do bring some extra and I have my credit card just in case (and I do let the bank know I will be out of the country)

we flew out of ft Lauderdale so we didn't get the excursion option. we ended up going to the airport and renting a car (4 of us) and drove down to the everglades by ourselves. we took our time and it was great

maybe John Heald will announce that there will be an announcement about a Carnival app soon ;)

my PVP used to call when ever I logged in. now I don't log in until I am ready to book. and I told him that since he calls all the time, he better know what number he is calling!

been on the Pride 3 times and don't really notice the décor. well, except for that big statue of David ;)

so, if it does get finalized, will the maitre'd follow through? and will this mean that more people will choose anytime dining?
