    So RCI is potentially setting up its guests for an uncomfortable situation in the MDR. There is nothing like making eating dinner with strangers even more stressful. I glad we don't eat in there any longer.

    Two hours into this game they are now going to have a 30 minute halftime show? This is a crazy long football game.

    She does. She waits until I settle in then she jumps into the bed and curls up either between my legs or against my legs but she seems to have to have contact with me. My 70 lb Weimaraner, Molly, used to do exactly the same thing.

    Thanks. The past few hours have been a big turn around. Earlier I thought I would be in bed before the game started tonight but I'm feeling wide awake. Last night I think I was in bed at 7:30. I can also talk without my throat hurting and my voice is becoming recognizable. All in all I am pretty satisfied with the response of my immune system to the issue.

    @DaniDanielleDid you post the MRI results and I missed it or should I be minding my own business?

    I would not say I had it if I didn't know I had it and there is only one way to get that info. No matter, I have a VERY annoying viral infection.

    Yes I tested how else would I know?

    Had to get out for some fresh air. It is a bit of an overcast and gray day so doesn't feel quite as warm as temp says it should.

    I wish I had my Schooner Bar bartender to make a Kraken Alexander for me. I think that would greatly improve my situation.

    I love fried clams.

    For 2 days because of the cough making my already sore throat feel like I had razor blades in it all I could eat was yogurt and ice cream. I could not tolerate anything warm or with texture until today. This wasn"t how I planned to loose my cruise weight.

    Thank, I am the one who won't have much patience much longer for this nonsense.

    This is how we are spending this recovery afternoon. Jade, at least, seems pretty content.

    I have so many good memories of cruise on Adventure but I think I'm glad that I was on Odyssey. There were no food, Windjammer, or crowding issues at all. And both embarkation and debarkation were a breeze.

    Thanks. Today is the first day that I'm actually feeling pretty well and the symptoms didn't really bloom until last Wednesday. So it was only 4 days of constant cough, sore throat, and fatigue. I truly can't remember the last time I was sick. My immune system takes good care of me and is taking care of business now.

    I came home with it from my Odyssey cruise. It has knocked me on my a$$. I made it through 3 yrs of pandemic, working with sick people, and 2 cruises since re-opening. The third cruise did me in. 😏

    I always look forward to the Clydesdales. I once had the chance to see them up close and personal. It was an amazing experience.

    Bars and in the cabin. We do not pre-order. However, I did not see anyone all week with a can of water... At least that I noticed. The only time I have encountered cans was about a year ago in Allure and those were screw tops.

    Last week on Odyssey water was in bottles.

    I would have had a few choice words for him.

    I can't speak for the present situation but I have never had a bad cruise on Adventure. Though the entertainment on the ship can't hold a candle to that on Allure.

    Why did a man at the table have an opinion or feel the need to share it?
