    Maybe they don't let people stay in their own cabin so that there is more time to clean and get it ready for the people who have it the following week? Imagine showing up for your cruise and being told you can't have the cabin you have booked because coved infected people just moved out. Of course, I am only speculating.

    I've had several great cruises on that ship.

    I agree. I have many more RCI cruises under my belt than I do Celebrity, but I have found nothing pretentious about those who choose to sail with Celebrity.

    Look at it this way. The end result of the mRNA vaccines is that you produce antibodies to the spike protein. Natural infection produces antibodies to many more proteins of the virus. That may end up producing better protection to future variants than the vaccines do.
