I'll take the wind, along with the view, up high on a V/F class ship over an O class ship on deck 5 any day.
Remember when V class ships had that gimmicky roller blading track? Half the time was skating into a wind that was pretty hard to over come.

You are so right about this. Keeping people informed and being honest with them creates such good will even if the situation is suboptimal. VV really seems like the kind of company that I could want to give my business to.
Then there had better not be anyone talking smack when everyone is in shorts and t-shirts anytime they are out of their cabins. It will be one carry on for me IF I stay with RCI.
Come to think of it, this should make for some grumpy porters at the cruise ports.
What is RCI going to do, make you provide the name of a friend or relative on the ship and then contact that person for authorization to sell you a cabin?
