  1. If she is going to fly I would suggest she talk to her doctor about maybe taking some aspirin about an hour before the flight to reduce the chance of clot formation. I would also advise her to walk around for a bit every 30 minutes or so while in flight.
  2. Awesome! Horns, whistles, yelling, they are all good! Are you enjoying Adventure? I haven't been aboard in a few years but enjoyed every cruise on her.
  3. The thing is I can read my post after I make them but others can't. However, I keep my phone set to dark mode as I prefer a dark background. I guess that is why I can see the posts.
  4. Does VV have a Windjammer equivalent on its ships? If so, how does the food compare?
  5. I guess when they learn to master BS, as opposed to being a novice, it takes little time to respond.
  6. Does this all show up? I got a reply from RCI to my email. I suspect I wasted my time writing it in the first place. It is also funny how it starts with sorry for the delay responding. Hey, at least I got a response in less than 24 hrs. Here it is. I hope it is not invisible like the last copy and paste I did of my email.... Thank you so much for your email and please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. It is not our intention for guest to experience hearing difficulties after visiting our entertainment areas. We attempt to meet everyone’s comfortability and expectations but understand we may not always do so. I want to reassure you that all your comments will be shared with our operational teams for further internal review and that we do our best to make improvements where our guests feel they are most needed. It is the commitment to deliver the best overall cruise experience that pushes us to always improve the service we provide and apologize this was not the case for your cruise vacation. Warm regards, Kaitlyn Sterling Executive Office Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Royal Caribbean International

  8. You can't see it???? Does this show? Mr. Bayley, I am writing this after 20+ years of sailing with RCI to make you aware of an ongoing health issue aboard your ships and it has to do with sound levels in some of the entertainment areas. I have found this to be an ongoing issue, particularly in the main theater and Studio B. I have heard this complaint from many people and I, as a physician, claim it is a health issue. I recently completed the February 3rd sailing of Odessey of the Seas. After attending a show in the main theater, I believe the act was called The Rookies, where the sound was so loud that I found myself with hearing difficulties that didn't fully resolve until sometime the following afternoon. Though I have encountered uncomfortable sound levels in the past on your ships this is the first time I have had to deal with the aftermath for a prolonged length of time following the exposure. The health issues on hearing from exposure to loud noise is well know. It takes little time to do a search to get information on decibel levels, pressure waves, and length of exposure to put the pieces together. Anyone who is controlling the sound boards in the ship venues should be well versed in this subject. If they are not the RCI needs to address its hiring protocols. I am bringing this issue to your attention in the hope that you will rectify the situation. I would find it disappointing to say the least if RCI did not take seriously the harm that these sound levels can do to its guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
  9. This is the email that I'm planning to send off to Mr. Bayley. Anyone have any suggestions for changes or additions? Also, can someone supply his email address. I'm too lazy to search.
