Agree. I got a made to order one on the Spirit!

You can buy Pringles on board and I wasn't too shocked at the price. Best chips we've ever had lol. We were craving something salty and usually bring them but didn't this time. We used to order pretzels and chips from room service and they would bring a big plate full of both of them!

Pullman vs. Sofa bed. Which is more comfortable?
sturderick replied to sturderick's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
That makes sense. I just don't want the sofa not being able to be used, so the pullman will eliminate that problem. He's young and in shape so I feel he'll be fine lol. With three people we want to be able to use as much cabin space as possible. -

He's only 5'6" so I think he's good haha. I just think it would be nice to have the extra space to sit on the couch since there are 3 of us. -

That's what I was thinking. -
We are going on the Celebration and have 3 people in a room. We have a choice of a room with a pullman (which I wanted because of space) and a sofa that turns into a bed. We are staying in the Havana area (again, for extra space outside). Is the pullman comfortable enough? A 29 year old will be in it if that makes a difference. No brainer for an older person like myself lol.

My honeymoon was on the Fantasy! -
I was looking on the site and there seem to be different set ups for different rooms. These are the two rooms available and I chose 8276. Would love to talk to someone that has stayed in that particular cabin. There are very few cabins in the Havana area that sleep more than two. Most likely because children aren't allowed. 8276 Havana Cabana (HE) 205/82 = 287 square feet (my cabin) Beds: two twin beds (convert to king)-one upper 8260 Havana Cabana (HE) 205/82 = 287 square feet (other available cabin) Beds: two twin beds (convert to king)-single sofa bed

At the risk of sounding dumb, is cheese a thing there and in the ABC ports?

Thanks answering questions! We are leaving August 4th and got an aft balcony so we could see the sights. We have never wanted to get an aft because we felt it was probably a little rougher back there but I feel it will be worth it. You said “bumpy” in your description. Are the waters a lot rougher than the warm cruises? Just wanting to prepare. Also, are you able to see a lot of wildlife on a balcony? We have two excursions booked so far but are hoping to see things from our balcony as well. Thank you :)!

We got Boarding zone A01 which I’m hoping is the first boarding zone. Is there still a lounge if you’re platinum to wait in until your zone is called?

Is your room still ready right away if you’re platinum?

I really don’t care if it’s ready, I just want to drop stuff off! Thank you :). -

Thank you. -
We haven’t cruised since 2019 so were wondering if our room will be ready since some services have been put on hold. We are platinum so it’s usually ready. Not sure what services to expect this time. Our cruise is to Alaska which is also new for us. Thanks for any help! Tried to search but must have put it in wrong.

Where are you getting Covid test before sailing Alaska?

What type do you ask for if booking at your home CVS? I intend to do this but want to make sure we have the correct one. -
Alaska - better to leave from Seattle or Vancouver?

Could you tell me who you used to get to hotels near the port? I am just starting to look for a place and haven’t figured transportation out yet. Or a hotel for that matter :). Thanks!
