If you use the search feature and type in Diamond Drink Menu you will find links to the menu.
Here --- if you read this thread and go to post # 18 I posted a link to the menu earlier today.

I don't drink beer or wine. My drink is a Malibu Bay Breeze or Kahlua and cream would they make these types of drinks?
Malibu is not one of the rums offered in the lounge or with your vouchers. And I don't recall Kahlua being on the menu either.

We sailed May 5 - May 14 and had a great experience. No problems at all.
Totally enjoyed the activities on the ship. Cabin attendant was very nice and all the staff that we encountered were pleasant and accommodating. We had no problem with dining since we chose classic and rotated to the 4 restaurants with the same wait staff.

Thanks for the warning! I am still leaning towards doing it while docked at the port (I will make sure NOT to schedule it within an hour of sail away)
I am not thrilled with heights and I was told, I could be wrong tho, that it does not go over the sides of the ship while in port!!
North Star does not go over the side of the ship while in port. It goes up and side to side but not over the side. The ride is very smooth, much like a very slow elevator. It may be helpful to not look down - just look straight out if heights frighten you. I never thought that I would do the North Star - but I did and it was AWESOME!!

We are currently on the 9 Night cruise and there is a morning show every day. Battle of the sexes has been played 2 or 3 times so far. It's been done in the schooner bar.
Every staff member that I have encountered so far has been friendly and polite. Service outstanding.
Have classic dining and we have been rotating to the 4 restaurants without any problems.
We had torrential rain in Bermuda but made the best of the day.
Having a great time - no complaints here!

We sailed 5/21 and checked a case of water. Secured the plastic wrap with packing tape and placed a few luggage tags on it - no problem. Actually delivered to cabin before luggage!

The 2017 cruises seem to have better pricing under the 30/30 sale. We booked Anthem for January 2017. Balconies were cheaper than the OV's.

We booked the Anthem while on the Liberty last week. I called yesterday and the price drop for the 30/30 sale was $778. - so I was quite happy! :D

I'm still trying to figure out the boards sorry for not posting in the right spot!!. We live in eastern PA. No flights or food and def no NYC sight seeing requirements:). We're going on the June 13th cruise on liberty and our wedding is the night before and the fiancée is dead set on a limo...so we were just wondering if we could get to the port the night before, if it would be worth it to stay at a close hotel that could provide transportation the next day. Or cheap transportation. I def understand that nothing is free when you travel, I was just hoping:)
No worries. There is not really a right or wrong spot. I suggested the East Coast departure board because I know there is a lot of information there.

DaisyL, we'll be sailing in July. Do you know what determines how the ship will dock? I notice on the webcam starboard side is port side in Bermuda. I hope you are having a fantastic time!
They do not always dock in the same direction. I have been there many times and have docked both ways. Reasons why are maintenance issues that may need to be performed and they also lower lifeboats, perform crew drills etc.

At least I didn't mention Smoking ... in the elevator on formal night while wearing jeans and a T-Shirt with dirty hands ... OOPS :)

You forgot to mention that they also left towels on 6 chairs in the sun and 6 chairs in the shade at the pool for the entire day!!!!!

i'm 70 but look pretty healthy and am on the indy right now. I got on an elevator on deck nine and pushed the button for fourteen. Some loud mouth woman in the back said "i don't know why people can't walk one or two flights of stairs instead of crowding in the elevators." well lady, i have rheumatoid arthritis and my feet and knees are a mess. I would gladly trade my joints for yours, but you can keep your rude ignorant mouth. Try minding your own business and keep your miserable thoughts to yourself.

Knew I should have made popcorn when I first read this post last night!
In the future, as I enter an elevator, I will be sure to inform passengers of the medical condition that warrants my needing to ride one floor. And on those occasions when I am going more than one floor - I will be sure to smile and say HOW ADORABLE when the parents riding with young children allow them to push several buttons!!!!
I also think parents who are able bodied should fold up their strollers and carry them for the one flight of stairs!!!! LOL!
I will also be amused by those who purchased the unlimited drink package and stumble into the elevator and press several buttons due to the fact that they can't remember where they're going! LOL

I'm 41 (although look in my 30s). I run regularly. However I have a hip issue that makes climbing stairs (up or down) extremely painful. I will gladly take an elevator where one is available in order to avoid that pain. You're on a cruise. Relax. Are you really in that much of a hurry that having to share your elevator with people going one stop is going to put you out that much? Maybe use the time to have a quck chat to your fellow passengers. They sound like they were enjoying themselves :)

Typical crowds. If there is a $10.00 t-shirt or watch sale on the Royal Esplanade - expect crowds, or anytime a show lets out you can expect the usual crowds exiting the theatre and waiting for elevators.
