I have Logic,I have really been trying. Still have my cigs. but cuts down a lot with the e-cig. Was planning on not smoking at all on this cruise, but does not look good.:( I did go from 1 and half pack to about half a pack, so it does help.

That's good to know - thanks! :D What brand of cigs do you smoke? I'm trying to find the e-cig that will be a close to my current brand as possible.

I plan on bringing my e-cig and to tell you the truth they have no smell so I cannot see anyone complaining if he has it on the balcony or even the room.:confused: I no non-smokers get a little crazy but my husband does not smoke and you cannot smell them in the house. He would complain if you could, lol.

If you plan on doing self disembarkation - just keep in mind that after you walk off the ship, you need to be able to manage getting on the shuttle bus with all your luggage, and then off again 3 minutes later when you reach the terminal.

Except for the homeless people on the bench and the muggers, it is perfectly safe.

I have never seen this on any of my Explorer cruises. And if your sailing during the cold months - you won't be spending much time in the solarium as it is not enclosed.

Anyone know if they still have the wonderful salad bar in the MDR on the days when it is open for lunch? I enjoyed that last year! Hoping they still have it this year.

Connie Francis performed on the Celebrity Horizon and they had a special event where you could meet her and the ships photographer took a picture.

Brooke Burke was on the NCL Dawn filming some travel show that she used to host......her crew was really annoying. Not the filming but their behavior in the casino and other areas!

The bed and sofa is on the same wall and the connecting door is between the bed and the sofa.

Great cabins - as far as the balcony situation - it didnt bother me at all - although I was traveling with 2 older kids. If they were young - I would not have been comfortable with them trying to see onto my balcony. And you will not be able to see the entire balcony.......well maybe if you're very very tall :D

If you look at my avatar photo you will also see the railing that is on all the aft cabins. Again depending on how old your kids are - these railings could be tempting to stand on........

The plexiglass wall that you can see in the avatar photo is the divider between the two js's

We once had 1394 (js) and 1392 (D1) - the exact same cabins as 1694 and 1692. There is a metal divider between the js and D1. The only way you can see onto the D1 balcony is to lean over the railing, and even then - its not easy to see onto that balcony.
