Long story, My wife and I were going to spend December 2023 in the Philippines visiting her family. We decided that while we were there we would take a short cruise on Spectrum out of Singapore so we booked a 4 day cruise. We also book a 2nd cabin for two of my wife's nieces who live in the Philippines Well the whole Philippines trip has fallen through so I called Royal to cancel the two cabins and get back the refundable deposits. When I called Royal they would not let me cancel our nieces' booking unless one of them called Royal which they can't as they have limited minute plans on their phones and can't sit on hold for an hour. I should have put my name on one cabin and my wife's on the other. $200 lesson learned,

And I imagine the wait time is an hour or two. Oh well

Tried to see if there was any special for my upcoming 4 Night Penang & Phuket cruise (jan 2024) but when I look up Dining or Internet all it shows is "Amazing experiences coming soon". There are no excursions listed for Penang also. I realize it's out there a ways but no food or internet offerings? Come on. Similar issue with my Navigator 7 Night Cabo, Vallarta & Mazatlan Cruise in August 2023. No excursions listed for Cabo or Mazatlan. Navigator has been going to those port for the past year. What gives?

In January 2024 Marie and I will be visiting her family in the Philippines. While there we are looking to take a 4 day cruise on Spectrum of the Seas out of Singapore. We will book two cabins, one for us and one for two members of her family who live in the Philippines. Should I just call in to do the booking? I looked at the US site and it asks for a state even if you select the Philippines. Anyone done something like this before? Thanks

Actually we didn't mind the pre-test. It meant most of the cruisers were covid free at least at the start of the cruise. 😀

Thanks my friend. I put both my wife and I on the same NACICA account and on the eMed website there is a drop down menu that lets me select the person getting the test.

Yeah on our B2B jewels in 2015 they gave a lunch and a free drink at the bar due to delays that day. We also got a lunch for our B2B on Ovation in Asia but that was a Pinnacle/Diamond Plus lunch.
