  1. In the app, if you haven't, close the app, re-open it and try logging out and back in which fixes a variety of issues
  2. With all these rumors that you'll need to soon make fitness center reservations, fight back by bringing your own dumbbells! BYODB 😅
  3. If one is ever visiting Belize which is a tender port, the tender crew will ask passengers for a tip. That feels like a money grab as no other tender ports asks for one and you would have to imagine they're all receiving a descent wage
  4. First question, no, I actually thought that was a joke but don't think it is. Second is, you're supposed to tip 10%-20%; most do far less if at all, some tip more
  5. Yup, a porter isn't going to enforce it and I can't imagine anyone in the terminal will say anything
  6. Funny you mention the cookies, on a recent Solstice sailing they were in a jar but got two cookies, one was hard and one was soft, they even tasted different
  7. Sure but you could bring one bag with equipment, golf, scuba gear, rock climbing gear, etc and the other your normal stuff…Also they do have sailings that are 14+ nights long
  8. Put two bottles per person int both your checked and your carryon
  9. This is accurate although generally its on once as clean cuisine and once on Blu signature which is the same filet but with a sauce. Since X seemingly got rid of the wellington, prime rib and ribeye, this is our only "premium" steak option
  10. This past saturday at 730am-ish would have been around $30 to get from the port to the airport and that's per ride...I live roughly halfway from the port to the LAX airport; L.A. bundles in mandatory fees before they start tacking on mileage so based on this fare below and using napkin math uber/lyft to LAX would been roughly $30
  11. Bought the stock during the pandemic, applied and was denied. The restart happened, bought the stock again, applied and denied. There was a whole thread about it. Guessing whomever reviews these (computer or human) automatically denies it if the fare amount is $0 but hopefully they approve it if it's more than $0 (CC/AQ is $10-$20/night) Right after the restart there was a trick where you could apply both Capt Club benefits and MGM Rewards which had a $200 OBC. It was reported on here, then the next day someone reported they tried to add the MGM benefits and the rep said a policy letter just went out saying you can no longer double dip
  12. Thanks for following up...Not the first time the BCC has been wrong and unfortunately won't be the last
  13. If X is the self-proclaimed "Culinary Brand", than Virgin should be known as the "Great-tasting and Great-Selection Culinary Brand"
  14. Just bought a 100 shares! I don't invest in individual stocks so once the OBC gets approved/disapproved will be immediately selling
  15. Never had any luck with this, perhaps this only applies to suite guests? On my recent Solstice sailing in Blu, you can order off the MDR menu and on the MDR menu they didn't have the NY Strip every night. I asked Blu if there's any way to get any kind of steak and was told "no" because they weren't on Blu's or the MDR's menu
  16. We've simply seen a lot of passenger friendly items from the good ole days not return after the restart. Sure, always be polite and not demanding yet if the coffee card, or any other item, doesn't exist there's usually nothing they can do
  17. FYI, this isn't a new tipping question; I've yet to see any type of new tipping question in recent memory
  18. It's X's own fault, now that the ribeye, prime rib and wellington are gone, the lobster is the only premium food item left to complain about 😅
  19. Just for the datapoint, when was the last time this has successfully worked for you, 2021 or later?
  20. Sounds like that could have been my issue, I may have called reg X customer service. Are folks calling the Capts Club at: 1-844-418-6824?
  21. Same question, this was over the phone calling the Capt's club?
