  1. Been on multiple ships where it's extremely common that when it's NOT busy there isn't a server at all; the crew literally calls over the bartender to take your order. Than if it's slammed, even though there may be 4 servers, it can take forever (20mins) for them to make it over to you and another 10mins to receive your drink. Got find the perfect balance...lol
  2. Edit for clarity...If you playing at the casino, everyone gets the drinks from the classic package for free at anytime, this is regardless if they booked a casino offer or not. Separate from Elite status
  3. That does require you to track down a casino server which isn't always easy...lol
  4. If the BCC/Casino sends out a "fill the ship" comped room, many on that sailing will be on the casino offer which doesn't include any perks including drinks. Full disclosure, if you're a super high roller they'll give you perks
  5. Do the other three show a lunch menu?
  6. It's in the app. Might be outdated info but it was the Cosmo; like breakfast it's only open for lunch for 90mins
  7. Another reason to not use FBC (the change fee is enough for me to avoid them) is you have to call in if you need to change. Book with the airline you can make changes online and probably make changes faster than you can find the FBC #, call in and go through the prompts
  8. There's a lot of truth to that but it seems it's not the pitbosses are under rating you, simply takes forever to accrue tier points on table games. Wins and losses don't matter in "theo", all about the better amount and how long you were at the table making those bets
  9. Reservations are not required but you can book them in the app if you want to.
  10. On board it's prorated by night, so if you can wait until the morning of say Day 3 you'd save 28% on a 7 nighter
  11. Yes, Elite perks were fine, did laundry and utilized some discounts. Drink times are the same on all ships, 5pm-7pm, excludes embarkation day
  12. Which has always been a top complaint of cruising, they push the dining package on board, you buy it and can only have dinner at 915pm
  13. Even the Upload speed is incredible for a cruise ship
  14. Protips: - The MDR host (usually it's the assistant M'D) can see the wait times for any MDR so if there's a 30min wait at the MDR you're at, you ask them to check the wait times on the other. - In one MDR you can order off the menus from the other MDRs
  15. It's personal choice to whether you want the same table and same staff each night or not. If you keep select/anytime dining you can go to any MDR without needing a M'Ds permission.
  16. Aqua = Blu, while you could opt to eat in the MDRs, you also could order off the MDR menus in Blu. Blu is open for breakfast but like the breakfast and lunch in the MDR, Blu for breakfast is only open for 90mins
  17. I think it was three mass offers ago, they were only offering the Solstice for the Mexican Riviera and the one before that was the Millie out of PR. Had they included a ten night sailing on the Edge out of FL people would have been happier. I exclusively book my sailing at future cruises when on board and no longer receive their offers by email/mail
  18. It's one of the cheapest itineraries to book so I'd imagine it would also be one of the cheapest itineraries to charter
  19. Be sure give the food quality an 1 on the survey. Was on the Solstice earlier this month, the Millie last month and the Equinox the month before. It's all the same complimentary food. I've had rants before about the complimentary food being in decline and that I'd prefer food from a chain restaurants. I live in the L.A. area where if your restaurant doesn't produce good food you go out of business, unfortunately that isn't the case here. I'd LOVE for the chef that partnered with X, Daniel Boulud, to dress in disguise and dine in the MDR and buffet.....
  20. % wise, roughly by how much do you believe they increased pricing?
  21. Won't happen, OP created an epic click-bait title...When X runs commercials, they use actors with a younger age range than the actual passengers and they only showcase the E-Class because its their newest ship. There is hardly any division between E-Class and S/M-Class, this thread is literally pointless
  22. I cruise on X on average a two sailings per quarter, so far have not cruised Europe since the restart. Incredibly rare to see tuxs and gowns and even jackets are fairly rare. You'll probably see the same thing we see, some in shorts, others in TShirts and others in rash guards every night including Chic night. It seems their standard policy is to let the folks dine and if someone complains then they'll ask them to not wear the offending item next time. This is at Blu, the MDR and specialty restaurants. The only thing I've ever seen them enforce is removing their hat yet have seen some put their hat back on after they sit down
