  1. If you booked yourself, you have to go to "manage reservations". If a TA or casino/BCC, only they can access it so you'd need to call them. Unless there's a pending price increase, I don't see any reason to prepay them as you might not make the sailing (knock on wood) for an unexpected reason and it's just one more item you have ensure you get a refund for.
  2. It does appear you're getting a ship there in '24, I'm just pointing out the Equinox does have 8 night sailings out of FLL, two sea days, the ABCs and two sea days back
  3. Been to PR 3 times now and will be there on a Carnival sailing in a few weeks. Several X ships departing from FL visit the ABCs
  4. For many pax who work, being able to occasionally work from the ship not only saves vacation time but can save a lot of time trying to fix issues
  5. Check in size luggage will fit in the terminal xray machine, done it many times when arriving to the terminal after the porter shifts are over. If you're looking for specific dimensions you should contact the terminal as I don't believe X would have that specific info anywhere
  6. Not sure if anyone has insider info, it does still have port of calls in 2024. I was on the Millie's Panama canal repositioning sailing from San Diego to PR and spoke to many passengers. Nearly everyone including myself, hates flying to/from PR. It also seems unless you flying to very limited direct airports, you'll have out of the way flights which increase the overall travel time. For myself on my return flight to LAX, Houston was an option but the layover was 7 hours. My alternative was to fly from PR to Newark, have a super short 47min layover then fly to LAX. Was 12+ hours overall travel time, 10+ hours sitting on a plane. Flight time from LAX to FLL or MIA is around 5 hours. Other ships, like the Equinox, have identical itineraries as the Millie's southern Caribbean, they go out of FLL and have two seadays on the front and back end.
  7. Also from the solstice host, they said the tier points required are an average of 150-200 tier points per night. They don’t take the itinerary/casino hours into consideration. If the casino is closed all day, you’ll need to play for more time on another day
  8. According to the Solstice host, they only look at your play on your previous sailing. They’ll make case by case exceptions if you play most of your previous sailings but skipped your most recent. Like most casinos it’s all about “theo”, mainly betting amount, duration and game played; if you won or lost it doesn’t matter
  9. You should stick to rideshare. Many will still pressure you to use cash; I hate using cash but use it here as it speeds up you getting on your way. I always ensure I have $23 ($20 taxi, $3 tip) on hand; easy to get change at the casino cashier or guest services
  10. A taxi is cheaper as it's fixed at $20, there's no queuing up/waiting in line, you can head to the airport whenever you want and will be by yourselves
  11. I believe only Carnival reduced service as it appears both RCI and NCL still clean twice a day. Carnival also was the only line to eliminate bacon every other day from the buffet.
  12. What one stateroom attendant told me was on the turndown/evening service they don't wipe down anything. You can still leave wet towels on the floor and they'll replaced with clean ones.
  13. Get your booking number and go here for the GoGreen sign up URL: https://mc1wmw0-rflh5n8g9pwr89vxd3c4.pub.sfmc-content.com/fs1s5o251sa
  14. Have you cruised Royal and if so, did you play in the casino at all? Perhaps royal gamblers is a source of some of these offers.
  15. Based on this, the earning period would start Jan 1st 2023 and you'd have to imagine it would end Dec 31st 2023.
  16. The reason you can't figure out how to book a dining package in advance is because unfortunately you can't. Can only book reservations for packages on board.
  17. Even when the internet goes down the app/intranet will work (in my experience). I've sailed 85 nights on X since the restart, generally speaking the internet connectivity is pretty good, it's the speed that isn't good except during roughly10pm-6am. However, all the ships are getting StarLink (Beyond and Eclipse already have it, Edge and Apex are up next) which we're all hoping should greatly speed things up
  18. He seemed to practice some self-control as his CURRENT title (for all we know he changed it) isn't click-bait. "What Celebrity has been up to?", I'd just speculate it was about them increasing fees while decreasing the food quality and selection...lol
  19. I also wanted to comment about the picture, in a lot of these events they're attended by crew members to help "get the party going". I believe the three gentlemen closest to us are crew members. Far more likely that they're crew seemingly posted to outside vs three guys booking an Edge sailing, them all bringing white pants and them not dancing in the middle of the action
  20. Sailings where the cruise lines alter the rules, such as allowing nudity, yes that is a FULL charter. There are also partial charters where many venue can be closed for "private events". Finally there are simply group bookings which could attract party people. Here's a highlight of the most popular ones (was on short Carnival cruise): "THE NUMBERS SO FAR: 517 - the total # of people who successfully snuck alcohol on board, 5 - the number of hours it took for the first guy to be banned from drinking the rest of the weekend, 2 - the number of people arrested on the ship for narcotics, 4 - the number of failed attempts at the cruise group photo, 16 - the number of people total banned from drinking by Carnival, 26 - the number of times the "roaming flip cup crew" got forced to stop playing, and most importantly: 0 - the number of players left behind in Mexico. (Search carnival kickball cruise to see the madness for yourselves)."
  21. Correct, you'll need to convince a casino manager that you're willing to gamble more if they remove the flag. They let you do it one time in hopes that you will gamble. Your seapass card will work for everything else.
  22. Your (casino) account will get flagged so if you actually want to gamble, wait until towards the end of the sailing. Slot machine, room charge, press cash out, bring the voucher to the cashier. Any slot employee will be happy to help you perform a room charge Some ships, reportedly the Reflection require you to perform the room charge at the cashier which might be easier for some; the process is the same, they'll give you a voucher and you can cash it out later at the cashier.
  23. Ditto...There isn't a lot to do right by the port area but they do have uber/lyft.
