Tried to cancel and rebook two of my excursions. They were put in my cart at the new lower price, but when I tried to use the onboard credit that was refunded, the prices reverted back to my original prices. So, I called the website customer service number, waited about 15 minutes on hold and was connected to a very pleasant gal who understood what I was trying to do. She was able to do the cancel and rebooks for me. I now have $240 OBC to use! 😄
