  5. Because of our many cruises enjoyed, we now as a benefit get the free laundry cleaning. Which we appreciate greatly. What I wonder is can clothes be sent at no charge to be ironed or pressed? Seems no matter how much time I spend packing there are always a few items although clean need to be ironed. Thanks for your help. Azgrandmax3
  6. We have booked a private tour with Ana Kotula at englishgdynia@o2.pl travelling July 2023. Ours is a basic 5 hour journey to Stutthof Camp. We will be picked up at pier when we want. Ana lives in town of docking. Will pay her at end of tour. She offers several tours. She responds quickly with all questions.

  20. I have read a great deal of negative regarding Covid and problems regarding refunds. I am hoping our experience will be the normal for everyone. Last week our bags were packed and all else in readiness for our cruise/land tour. Due to travel mates testing positive, we all needed to cancel. As of yesterday all funds have either been credited to our charge card or given as future cruise credit. We expected it to take much longer for refund yet very pleased it has not. We have only a few more ship board credits needing to show up in Personalizer. No question several phone calls were required. Filling out the insurance form per instructions seemed to get everything started. I thought possibly we wouldn't get cost of insurance back, since we have Platinum it is covered 100%. As of today we are booked - same route different ship. Airfare is much higher yet ship-land portion is less. Very helpful has been using the "CHAT" feature. Saved lots of waiting for an open line on phone. Now we try using it first. Wishing you all good and healthy travels, Azgrandmax3

  22. If I cancel my cruise for 2024 will I get all of my deposit back. I paid for insurance and paid for a refundable deposit.
  23. Help please. I understand how it works when doing land first. That some luggage can be stored till arrival at pier. Very nice not dealing with "cruise clothes". Is thier a reverse plan when we depart the ship and begin land portion? Or does all luggage go hotel to hotel. Thank you
  24. We have not received a survey in 3 years. Most my comments are regarding very good service. While on the Emerald in Feb., asked 3 officers regarding the surveys. Assured by each we would receive one. Instead we wrote supervisors and gave to each our views of the servi e perso by name. That was Feb it is now near July no survey any form has arrived.
