  1. We also have 9 cruises booked on Drystal in 2025!
  2. It was on the menu at the Trident Grill everyday.
  3. We have booked four 2026 cruises. Singapore to Tokyo, 3 cruises on Symphony from March 3rd to April 5th and we booked the November 8th transatlantic on Serenity. In addition we may book an Alaskan cruise on Symphony. We just cant get enough of New Crystal.
  4. UPDATE Beef Bar opens November 28th!
  5. Not sure but that was what we were told.
  6. Management and chefs from Beefbar are onboard and working with Crystal crew now. Opening December 4th, today they are serving the officers. Sort of a soft opening trial run.
  7. Regarding the Beefbar restaurant, the Beefbar management team and chefs are onboard working with Crystal staff on everything in order to open. The schedule date is December 4th for opening
  8. Just found out we have 399 guests for return trip to Ft Lauderdale!
  9. You can now indicate your interest in getting on the list for the supper club “on line”. Look on the reservations page and you will find a separate location to reserve the reservation
  10. We look forward to seeing you soon
  11. The HD told me, I assume he would know. We will be on the next two cruises so I will let you know!
  12. We are onboard now and we were told 500+
  13. I don’t think you have to worry, on Crystal they will serve you anywhere on the ship and with a smile.
  14. We just booked 33 days on the Symphony in 2026. We are sailing from Singapore to Tokyo.
  15. We did that last year and it worked great. The train ride for us included areas where the leaves were beautiful. The train station in Quebec is a short taxi ride to the ship.
  16. You will not be disappointed!
  17. See you on board
  18. Maria and I look forward to seeing you and Michael on board in November. We are starting in Quebec and staying on for the round trip with you.
  19. we have found Blacklane to be very professional and expensive.
  20. We attended the Q & A while on the last leg of the World Cruise and the menu at Osteria was a “hot” topic. The management team said they were bringing in a top Italian chef to “tweak” and modify the menu. They were very defensive about the menu but open to modifications. We found the menu to be odd at first but we enjoyed it much more on return visits. So far, between the cruises on the Symphony and Serenity we have eaten at the Osteria seven times and to be honest the only complaint is the menu needs to have more special dishes in order to provide more choices.
  21. When we were on the Symphony in January, we were told by the hotel director that the work was completed and they could visit US ports.
  22. Thanks, I had not checked on those dates, we booked Tastes for San Juan.
  23. We are booked on the Serenity Ft Lauderdale/ Bridgetown, November 8th, round trip back to Ft. Lauderdale. We booked our dining reservations on the first cruise and Tastes was “not available.” I assume that the conversion to Beefebar is taking place at that time. Does anyone have any update on this conversion? the restaurant reservations are not yet available for the second cruise but hopefully the new restaurant will be open by then.
