  1. I have used Just Airports a car service from LHR to my London hotel. Use your London hotel’s postal code to get a quote.

     

    If going to Southampton on embarkment day, check out International Friends.  They pick up at certain London hotels with a stop at Stonehenge then dropped off at the Southampton dock.

    Returning to Toronto, Canada from USA in Feb, I used ArriveCAN app, it did make a difference in the Immigration/Customs line.  There were only 2 families waiting in front of us compared to the long regular line.

     

    When there are a lot of planes landing at the same, the Immigration/Customs line can be quiet long.

    In Sept, I cancelled an excursion that I had paid only by credit card.  The refund went back to my credit card.

     

    For my Israel excursion, I used both OBC and credit card.

     

    That is why I am asking if refund will be by OBC or credit card.

  4. I am on the Island, Nov 9 Mediterranean & Israel cruise with 2 stops in Israel Nov 15 & 16.

     

    RC has changed their itinerary for their Oct ports to different ports.

    Celebrity has changed their Oct ports to an overnight and a different port.

     

    A few years ago, Princess cancelled Israel ports to another ports.

     

    We will have to wait and see what Princess will do if they announce before we sail or while on the ship.

  5. I always book EzAir and watch the price. I have never had any problems using them.

     

    I booked when EzAir released flights for my Nov 9 cruise to arrive a day before and fly a day after our cruise.

     

    Nov 7 - Air Canada - non stop - YYZ-FCO - Premium Economy 

    Nov 24 - Air Canada - non stop - FCO-YYZ - Premium Economy 

     

    I received notice that my return on Nov 24 was no longer a non stop.  Air Canada put us on Nov 25, non stop, Air Canada.

     

    I paid at final payment and did early ticketing a few days later and saw Air Canada ticket number.   Around 42 days, I was checking Air Canada site to see if I could add my personal details.  I noticed my return Nov 25 flight had changed to 1 stop on Nov 24. My agent or myself did not receive any notification of any changes.  I called EzAir.  He was able to change back to Nov 25, non stop for my booking and my cousin’s.  We lost our 2x2 seats and now in a row of 4.

     

    The price now is double what I am paying.

    Did you order from breakfast door sign? Isn’t there a limited items on the breakfast door sign?

    Or off the app?

    Was they delivered on time?

     

  7. I have stayed at Premier Inn Waterloo 4x.  It has A/C.  It entrance is street level.  I believe it used to be a hospital.

    Premier Inn County Hall, The hotel’s entrance is up a few stairs.

    Premier Inn County Hall is closer to the London Eye.

    There is one street and a small plaza (like an empty courtyard) between Premier Inn Waterloo and County Hall.

     

    I have stayed at Premier Inn West Quay 4x.  It has A/C.

     

    I have stayed at Premier Inn Ferry Terminal, Dover.  It has no A/C.

     

    We are 2 ladies traveling together. I take twin room - 1 double and 1 single bed.

     

    Premier Inn are a basic hotel, bed, bathroom (no face clothes), desk, chair, lamp, mirror, kettle- tea/coffee, a space to hang items, no phone, no iron/board, no safe.

    I added and paid Plus for all my cruises in August when they made the changes.

    As you said I have time maybe by that time the App might be working.

    once cancelled, they send an email.

    You can recheck, go back and instead of pick up at port, you’ll see cancelled.

     

    Then just start over, order each person again…

    For Nov 2023, I am going with new cruisers who have not done App yet and probably will do at last minute so ok picking up at Rome dock with them.

     

    I followed your instructions for the rest of the cruises.  
     

    The only one I was able to cancel and change was Sept 2024.  I was only able to choose to pick up at San Francisco dock. Reordered for dock pickup.

     

    Something must be wrong on my App.  I would like to have before hand but ok to pick up at the dock 

  10. They will put your cabin number on the bottle and keep it until you ask for it again.  When you want the bottle, tell the waiter your cabin number and the name of the dining room you were in.  They will go and retrieve the bottle.
