Just off the NA. I signed the form onboard for the future cruise deposits. No confirmation and not processed through my credit card. Anyone know if they still do them onboard? Trying to contact HAL but this is no longer easy.

Just off the NA. Got a charge from someone for a higher priced drink on my account. It was the full cost they charged not the difference. They removed the charge with no problem.

We are currently on the Nieuw Amsterdam. Gather we have about 1200 passengers which is great if not for our shares. So far we have found the food and service to be great. They had a small reception for 3*+ Mariners. No one spoke. I attended the wine tasting, 4*. Ship is in great condition.

I am in the frustrated group. Earlier tiday ut rejected the date abd time of the test, even though the former was a selection on the app. Tried later and it accepted the date but then it wouldn't accept a photo. So I am still one entry short of being able to use it.

Even though I have TA they quoted and processed the upsell. Strange because they normally won't deal direct if you have a TA. Wonder if close to sailing they are more flexible.

Just bad info to our TA from HAL. 3 separate times! I called and got an offer I accepted.

Has HAL stopped offering upsells? Nothing for our cruise on Sunday and our TA was told we could rebook at the current rate and get fewer benefits.

We are due to board on the 12th. Both if us currently have Covid from another recent trip. At the moment have no idea what the right course will be. Cancel because we can't face all the hassles or assume we will have greater protection and proceed. -

Why not use a proctored test that you can do from Sutton Place. Just off Rocky Mountaineer on Thursday.
