  1. Both. I have seen it all over CC. RCBlog and Facebook and I asked when I was on Symphony
  2. Hibachi is an upcharge of $15 (recent price increase) Chef Table is an upcharge of $49.99 Vintages is not included This is listed in my cruise planner (Oasis of the Seas) What's Included Specialty dining every night of your sailing and lunch on sea days. For restaurants with a la carte pricing, you’ll receive a $20 food credit, which can only be used once a day. For ships with this venue, Izumi Sushi is a prix fixe menu or $39.99 food credit. For ships with these venues, Teppanyaki/Izumi Hibachi is included, with a $15 surcharge, and Chef's Table is included, with a $49.99 surcharge. These will be charged once onboard.
  3. Just meet at a different lounge. If they don't drink and they are not in a suite, what are you planning on doing for dinner? Kicking them out so you can eat at CK or joining them in the MDR? What you are asking doesn't make sense to me, but I agree with the others, don't ask, save everyone the embarrassment
  4. According to CruiseDeckPlans it is on Deck 12 Here is a list of all the ships
  5. Just a side note... If you go through the check-in again, you might be able to select an earlier time. If an earlier time doesn't pop up, just close it, it won't change what you already have. But try it a few times, it has worked for me a few times
  6. I am not a fan of stairs due to leg surgery, but I have stairs at home so why not have them on vacation too? 🤷‍♀️ I really didn't have an issue with the depth or width of the stairs, I thought I would!! We unpackaged, brought the clothes upstairs, and left the luggage downstairs. Our Room Attendant asked if we wanted her to store our luggage under the bed (My DH was recovering from wrist surgery) We didn't see the need. It was just the two of us and the luggage was not in the way at all. We did move them behind the chairs, but even where it is in the pic, it wasn't in our way
  7. We always do a Cash Account... I believe I have been able to change from the CC to a Cash account during check-in at the pier. On the last day, after I have looked over the account, I change it back to a Credit Card.
  8. Or let us make reservations 7 or 14 days before the cruise... It gives those paying full price plenty of time to make their purchases. I think it would be easier on the staff and the passengers
  9. I got the Coffee Card and the water package... So I think I will be OK but I didn't think it was good in the specialty restaurants. I'm weird... I like caramel macchiato in the morning, french vanilla occasionally after dinner, and any frappe in the afternoon lol
  10. Thanks! I never really thought about it because I have always had either the DDP or the Refreshment Package. On our upcoming cruise, I don't think I am getting a drink package, and wasn't sure if I wanted to waste a voucher for a latte lol
  11. Buy a specialty restaurant dinner and receive one complimentary nonalcoholic specialty coffee beverage (exludes Starbucks)4 4_You will receive one (1) complimentary non-alcoholic specialty coffee beverage with the purchase of dinner in any specialty restaurant. Excludes Starbucks. What if you have the Ultimate Dining Package?
  12. No kettles anymore (that I remember) but you can use the Lavazza without a pod for the hot water
  13. I wasn't a fan of it either... I tried it once and since then, I was happy to walk down to Cafe Promenade or Cafe Latte-Tude depending on the ship! I got a good laugh at your comment!
  14. I wonder if WJ will have a per-day credit with the UDP LOL
  15. When we booked the UDP in 2020 for a 2021 cruise it was $20 and I could swear that is what I had read on CC when Playmakers was put on the ships. Guess my timeline was off
  16. When we had the UDP on Symphony we had dinner at Chops then walked over to 150 CP and ordered dessert. Years ago when we were on Harmony, people on CC asked about me and if I could see if you could just get the Globe and the price. The chef came out and said he would have no issues doing that if he wasn't too busy... The best advice I could say is just ask on the first day, maybe they can tell you what day/time would be best, As far as the kids, the upstairs where the bar is on Oasis Class is also the reception area and it does have tables... So my guess is yes, the kids can sit at the tables.
  17. In November 2022 I booked a JS for 2 people on Oasis for February 2024. for $3100... Like everyone else, I have looked for price drops but it has only been going up, up, and up!! Today I did a mock booking and the JS is $5200 I am no math wiz like my DH but that is one heck of a price jump!! About 6 months ago I looked to book my bonus son on the same sailing... The lowest price I could book a gty balcony for was $2150 for 2 people using my discount. Today it was $2300. I have been saying this is my last RC cruise unless prices start coming back down... I haven't looked at other cruise lines, but I have looked into All-Inclusive Resorts.
  18. We grabbed stuff from Park Cafe or WJ and put it in our room for late-night... It's hard for us to turn our hours upside-down for 1-2 weeks of vacation
  19. I have done 3 cruises since the restart, 3 different ports and all of them had lines for check-in times. They didn't take the next time slot until the one before was cleared. It is a a fingers crossed ~ hit and miss! You can go through the check-in process and try for an earlier time.
  20. This is just a guess, but I would say 2 and 6 would be the formal nights I have seen from Tuxes and gowns down to sundresses and slacks Do what makes you happy 🙂
  21. Any and All Cruise Line could create their own video with some key points on a loop!! I saw a Vlogger Couple while I was on a cruise last year. I was next to them while they were creating some content. We actually saw them a few times during the cruise doing their thing... Normally we don't pay attention to what people are doing around us while we are on vacation. They do them we do us. But they were constantly arguing, reshooting and their language and volumes were not kid friendly!! We weren't offended but it took away from our downtime. I don't know if they were new vloggers or had thousands of followers, but If I ever do run across one of their vlogs, I am not sure I would watch it I only subscribe to a few cell phone vloggers 😄
  22. Depends on the itinerary... Typically Night 2 and Night 5 or 6 But some itineraries have been 3 and 6 I wasn't too concerned because someone shared their latter on the same ship a few months earlier, so I knew the basics What ship and itinerary? and what types of suites?
  23. Check your spam folder too! My first suite we never saw the email because it went to spam 😕
