I am close to diamond but i will not book a cruise just to reach diamond. I cruise because I like to cruise, not to reach a new level. Saying that, on my last cruise, we were told by the loyalty ambassador on the ship that even though our t/a made a mistake, C&A should give us the double points(cancelled-rescheduled cruise instead of transferring the reservation.).The loyalty ambassador was even go to send C&A an email explaining our situation. Can someone tell me how to contact the resolutions people.
