  1. I just hope whatever it is is retroactive. Especially if suites get more credit. We used to cruise in suites only for the extra room with the kids and Priority Embark/Debark but now that the kids have aged out, we're good with Balconies unless the upgrade fairy blows us away. Yes, I want it all about me🤣
  2. You previously could order bottles from Room Service. Assume you still can from the ripoff list with a service fee. $20 worth of Rum Runners is now my go to.

  4. I still think Suite stays should earn more than interior like on RC...makes more sense to me.
  5. I've booked the Port side of that room in 14476 in August. Can't wait! Sadly, I like the layout of 14495 better...would prefer the seating area next to the balcony but, I'll take it either way!
  6. Agreed, takes the fun out of it. Should be held in a wifi free area, and should swap for grading.
  7. There's really only two, there's the Carnival Lot, and the one just outside the gate in the Old Convenience store. If you're parking in the Carnival lot, no reason to call or reserve.
  8. Did they do any kind of Status Match? We're hitting Platinum on our next 2 cruises, her first, so I was just curious if this is something RCL does. I know MSC will. Thanks for your observations.
  9. Was out there in Nov, up everywhere! No more cheap craps at Binion's! $10 craps minimums prices me out of a lot of playing time.
  10. The Carnival site shows Cucina as an upcharge and no mention of the 1 time free meal at Chibang, which shows as included. Confusing for sure.
  11. "taking cheap shots at certain groups of people?" This is the bait I'm referring to. You're looking to get someone to say something that will trigger a liberal backlash. Nice try fishing sport, none of them took your bait. Seen dogs in ports much more recently. Have seen dogs roaming halls in port prior to covid in certain ports.
  12. You seem like you're just trying to bait someone in this entire thread.
  13. No but, we were speculating here that anything higher he would have landed on Deck 5
  14. Don't know that it was that specific cabin, just an example of the balconies on deck 2.
  15. Mosquitos in Belize are the size of small birds! We did the same trip, great time after the long ride. Was in a previous Grayhound type bus with apparently no suspension but air conditioned and a restroom. 2 hours out, 2 hours back with an amazing lunch at Hode's Place. Well worth the trip! The tenders to the port were fine with us, no issues. Large tenders, wasn't too rough. The port was a little shady like others have mentioned, it was cool leaving the bustling Belize City driving out through the countryside nearly to Guatemala. It was HOT, and HUMID. Took a cool little ferry over the Belize river to get to the ruins. *Found port area pics 🙂 Tender line.... Costa Maya, as others mentioned, typical Caribbean cruise port feel after a long pier walk. We too went to Maya Chan, loved it! Not the prettiest beach I've been to but, the food and drinks were amazing. Plenty to do for adults and kids, cheap massages, and again the food was great.
