  1. I've been on the Magic and Glory during spring break/summer that felt more crowded than our cruise in mid January on the Celebration...there are some choke points in the design that will naturally make it feel more crowded. I was worried about the ship size but, with the additional venues, there was never a time I felt it I was overwhelmed. That said the elevators on embarkation day can be very tight.
  2. Haven't seen that one Do you have maybe an ad blocker that is keeping the button from working?
  3. I always make friends with an Alchemy Bartender and post up there most nights. I thought Celebration was tight to try to get a seat at the bar but, we loved grabbing a couch and people watching as folks go to and from dinner.
  4. We NEVER had prior to our last cruise. Was willing to play their game and pay $90 for a liter. $170 they can keep it and I'll keep my "Shampoo" in the fridge🤣
  5. We used to order a bottle of Rum from room service and bring it to use with the soda as mixers. Saved money vs the bar but, with bottle prices now...ugh
  6. It's separated by the casino bar on the Excel class. There's a doorway to cut through from the Atrium/Theater that opens into it and you remember why you're so thankful the rest of the casino is smoke free. Yes they enforce it, seen multiple people try to light up on the slots and they were dealt with quickly by staff.
  7. I've told my kids, I'm leaving them what I was left. Diddly Squat. Go earn it.
  8. Headed back out now.. https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/home/centerx:-79.6/centery:25.7/zoom:9
  9. Sweet, never seen that offered. Will keep an eye out on future cruises!
  10. Nope, it's the room key. Drinks on us is a little card they give you in a lanyard usually
  11. Deck 8 is the closest you'll get for around the ship. https://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/deckplans/decks.php?ship=Carnival-Mardi-Gras
  12. 7/8 days worth of hotels, food, and entertainment would easily surpass that. 7 days is $166 per. Still a bargain to me.
  13. Pride Apr 13th and Spirit Apr 16th. Correct only embark/debark. Journeys cruises...not the first time. Makes sense, the whole damn boat can't have priority! 😂
  14. The excel class ships have mostly non-smoking casinos. There is a section that is smoking and whew boy is it smoky. They did a great job ventilating the ship though.
  15. Call Carnival and get a PVP to hunt for you!
  16. Thank you for contacting Cruise Critic, please state your case and leave your PayPal address. https://www.carnival.com/post-cruise-inquiries.aspx?icid=cc_footer_post-cruise_122017
  17. Had quite a few used Rolex(es?) on Celebration in Jan and Prices to match!
