  1. I hear you. I always book EZ air but never really checked price differences, and I usually am travelling over to Europe. This was a first for me. I just spoke with my daughter who said she has a Delta Credit card, and if she charges it with her card, we will get both carry on and 1st checked bag free. So, all in all, I think I will be cancelling EZ air. Payment is due in a few weeks; cruise is early August. It's all a gamble. Thank you for responding.
  2. Thank you. Really was looking for lots of days at sea to just relax on the balcony and not move. Leaving in August and final payment due in a couple of weeks. Just booked it on the fly, pardon the pun. My biggest fear was having a huge storm which happened in August on my last cruise to Greece before the pandemic A friend of mine was going with me but we were on different planes. We were both on the tarmac at the same time. I took off after almost a 3 hour wait, and she never made it off. She canceled the cruise because it was too long of a period of time where she could catch up to the cruise and they offered her too many different flights all over the place to get her to a port where she could fly into. I had a great time by myself, btw.
  3. I just checked our flights between JFK to Lax on Delta. EZ air is charging $1492 and Delta is charging $1355 for the same flights. EZ air touts that their prices are often lower than public prices. I guess not in this case. Both have the same parameters, Main Cabin, and seat selection. So does EZair charge more because of their Late Arrival Protection and other benefits? I am already covered with excellent insurance that has a very large missed connection allowance. Going to Hawaii and 5 sea days before first port. Anyone have any thoughts? I am thinking I should book directly with Delta. If there is a problem, getting help from Princess could be an excruciating long wait on the phone. Oh, I am also flying to LAX a day earlier than the cruise.

  5. Having the same issue. Just downloaded the app. Tried to sign in with booking number or password. Password works but "Link a booking" doesn't recognize the booking #. Also tried the web versions. Exact same thing.Doesn't recognize booking number. All personal data is correct. Cruise is in 4 months.
  6. Well, you don't even need your keys as I found out when I did leave my keys at home. Thank goodness for google. On a zippered suitcase, just puncture the zipper with a pen and move the pen around to unzip your bag. When finished, just move the lock around the bag to rezip. Makes it so easy for thieves, so just make sure to carry all your valuables with you.   7. I usually do my own bookings through the Princess website so that when I want to make a change with a current promotion or price drop, I can call Princess and get it done immediately. I made the mistake of using my PVP once and when I wanted to make a change, she just never responded. I finally called Princess and explained the situation, and they made the changes. I feel once she had my booking, that was it! Since then, I only book online where I can constantly check prices and make room or price changes myself. But I find it very interesting that only when I became Elite, did my PVP contact me EVERY time after logging on the website with a phone call and an email. It is like sharks coming in for the feed. But, I will never forget that one experience of no response after booking. Will not do that again. I wonder if she get any sort of compensation or credit if I don't use her directly. I certainly hope not. And I find it personally intrusive that every time I search around the website my privacy is invaded by her emails and phone calls. For me, it is not worth anything extra she could provide if I cannot get a response after she has my booking. Oh yes, I know I could possibly get additional perks by using a TA but again, not worth it to me if I cannot make fast changes in bookings.
