  1. People can spend $1000+ for the upgrade, having a key component of that upgrade taken away isn't that trivial.
  2. It is subjective, but I think Moet is better than Veuve as well.
  3. This is what I get from their site when I google it. https://www.ncl.com/sites/default/files/Premium-Plus-Beverage-Package-0922.pdf
  4. Did they add Mumm? I like Moet better but I am surprised, I guess the corporate/marketing deal with Vueve must not have been renewed.
  5. There are almost too many to list, $200 Airline Credit, $200 Hotel Credit, $240 Streaming Credit, $200 Uber Credit, Delta Sky Club Access when flying Delta, Centurion Lounge Access, Priority Pass, Global Entry, Clear, plus the extra hotel and cruise perks, plus the monthly offers which can also add up...I am sure I am missing some. The annual fee is $695. I think there is a current sign up bonus of 150k points which is worth at least $2000 (I have gotten a round trip to Portugal from Seattle in business class for 150k points which would have been $9K paying cash).
  6. They have never included water for free so not sure if it is a money grab, I am pretty sure the cardboard are for environmental reasons and not a money grab.
  7. Gyu Kaku on Nelson, which is almost walking distance from Canada Place. It is a Japanese/Korean BBQ, the food (and price) is great, especially for Happy Hour. You grill your own food at the table with side dishes and rice (definitely recommend upgrading rice to Bibimbap). It is kind of a dive but very popular, so much so that we always make a reservation.
  8. Assuming it is summer (meaning between July 5th and September 30th), I would visit the Aquarium (Seattle has a great Aquarium, my daughter was just married there) and then take the water taxi to West Seattle and Alki Beach and upon return have a crab pot at either the aptly named Crab Pot or The Fisherman back at the Seattle waterfront. My kids loved the Pacific Science Center but they had aged out before the age of 12. You could also do Wild Waves which is an amusement+water park in Federal Way between the Airport and Tacoma (you have to head that way anyway, assuming you can check your luggage with Port Valet or at the Airport ahead of time), my kids absolutely loved it there regardless of age.
  9. I have the Plat (travel benefits), the Blue Preferred (Groceries and Streaming), and Delta Reserve (MQMs, Upgrade tie breaker, and companion ticket), I did get a Celebrity offer on one of them once but nothing for NCL. My Delta one has a spend $500 and get $150 back on Delta which is pretty good 🙂 .
  10. I meant is it on a Nitro tap. I didn't realize they had it at the brew house.
  11. I have never gotten this offer across 3 cards 😞 . My offers are usually something like 1 extra point per dollar spent on Crocs.
  12. We were on last week and they were amazing. They are the Argentinean Beatles and "George" (Joaquin) is one of the most talented cruise ship musicians I have ever seen.
  13. Ask your steward or butler, they have larger robes.
  14. Maybe check another itinerary? We are in the Haven for 10 days Lisbon to Rome for ~$8500 for two of us all in.
  15. That is MUCH better than I was able to get on the Sun last fall, did they upgrade the system.
  16. Yes, I have done it both in Haven cabins and regular cabins. Once they gave me one so hysterically large that I could wrap it around myself twice.
  17. I just parked at Canada Place, it made disembarking a breeze (even did Fly Over Canada before we left).
  18. Go to checkpoint 1, it is at the end past the international checkin gates and Pre, Pre+Clear only. I have flown millions of miles out of SEA and it is always the quickest (but it closes early afternoon). If you add Clear it would be like 2 minutes. It puts you in the A gates (DL and UA) near a Priority Pass Lounge, United Lounge, and the Delta Lounge. If you need to get to the N or S gates there is a train nearby, B, C, or D are a 5 to 10 minute walk. The Amex lounge (if you have that) is in the central area between all the gates.
  19. You can ask for slippers (I think Spa suites come with them in the closet with a robe, certainly Haven Spa Suites do) but they are usually too small for me so I bring my own.
  20. If you have TSA Precheck and Clear if you use Checkpoint 1 you will be through in less than 5 minutes. If ship ship isn't late to port you should be able to get to the airport at least by 9am.
