  1. I don't think I showed them any proof on our last couple of cruises.
  2. They used to charge the corkage fee for all bottles prior to embarkation. After that you could drink them anywhere. It is pretty much the same except no corkage fee, I have no idea if they check for FAS/FAS+ or not.
  3. $800 for insurance? Cancel that and get one from a 3rd party like AIG or Allianz.
  4. I have a Crab Cake Benedict delivered to my room every morning 🙂 .
  5. I get a lobster tail with every meal 🙂
  6. We use these and then wrap in clothes. The trick is to make sure the suitcase is really tight. We have taken wine all over the world without issue (*knock on wood*). http://[UPGRADED PROTECTION] 8 Set... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09P7XHPSG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
  7. We do it and it isn't too much of a hassle although having 70 pounds luggage allowance helps (wine also flies free on Alaska Airlines). You could always buy it once you get to the embarkation city.
  8. I *think* I am going to book the Bless Hotel but I have two questions. Does anyone have a beach club recommendation or confirmation of Bless Hotel? Has anyone booked through daypassapp . com ? Are they legit? If not how did you book?
  9. If you are upgrading to FAS+ from FAS just to get a bottle of wine with dinner then you would do MUCH better to bring your own with no corkage fee both economically and gastronomically.
  10. Or just bring your own with no corkage fee (with regular FAS) and it will be likely way better than anything you can get by the bottle for free with FAS+. We actually get FAS+ and bring our own wine to have with dinner.
  11. No, with no limit on bottles (we brought 9 once).
  12. Do you have a Haven Spa Suite? We are going to be in 14142 for 10 days in Europe this summer 🙂 .
  13. If you bring your own Wine/Champagne on board are you still allowed to drink it in public areas or with meals?
  14. Thanks for the heads up, this is disappointing. I was going to use it tomorrow from the airport to get to the Monorail (to go to Climate Pledge Arena) from the airport 😞.
  15. When I read this I thought "they have a BTS tour? My middle daughter will be thrilled".
  16. Is it the same as the tour that comes as a Platinum benefit?
  17. Maybe bring on your own wine/champagne and let them think that? With the corkage fee waived it is the most cost effective way to drink decent wine anyway.
  18. Right, everyone always raves about that dump in Eugene 🤣
  19. The Kraken, Seahawks, Sounders, UW Huskies, and hopefully the Mariners will all be in season. The Kraken experience is amazing but if the weather is nice Husky Stadium is the most beautiful venue in all of college football.
  20. Snoqualmie Falls, Columbia Tower, Dim Sum for breakfast at Harbor City, Bainbridge Island Ferry, Museum of Flight, Kirkland Waterfront, Myrtle Edwards Park, Sea Plane Ride from Lake Union, Ballard Locks and Fish Ladder, Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle Aquarium, Pacific Science Center (if you have kids), taste some of the 200 wineries in Woodinville or the dozens of breweries in Sodo, Mariners game, Sounders game, Pinball Museum, Happy Hour at Palisade...I can probably think of more
  21. Doesn't the Getaway have an outdoor dining area? We did the Haven on her but it was a Baltic cruise in October. Are there Haven hot tubs on the sun deck or just the ones below?
  22. It is unlikely that you would make a 9pm show with a 7:30pm MDR reservation (in fact 7pm would be pushing it on some nights).
