Not me! I have problems as to why some things can only be done on the website (Ex: Excursion reservations), I also think the daily schedule on the app is so unwieldy as to be virtually unusable. I also question boarding times which are totally ignored and that they never ask to see the QR code when checking in, so why bother? I have an IPhone so I probably did not run into the problems that the users of other smartphones have experienced.

I have zero problems either with the website or app. Charmed life I guess.

The passport card is very handy for those who live near the Canadian or Mexican border and make frequent border crossings, it relieves them of having to carry the passport on a daily basis.

Why would they call Princess when it is clearly stated that a passport was required for this voyage? Granted they called Princess and got bad information (Suprise!), they should have known that Princess had no power to waive the passport requirements. I believe that the id/birth certificate for closed loop cruises be eliminated, then everyone would know that passports are required, even the poorly trained phone reps.

I was thinking more along the lines of an upgraded food package for the entire cruise. The specialty restaurants are a one time, or for some more than that, experience that is still affordable for us peasants.

Norwegian uses a reserved seat (available to all) policy for their theater shows. Ten minutes or so before showtime the seats open to all without reservations. Maybe Princess will do similar and release the seats shortly before showtime. By the way, Norwegian's reservation does not guarantee a specific seat.

Arrive Canada was discontinued before our cruise. We think that the images uploaded to the Medallion app was sufficient to satisfy Canadian Covid requirements.

On our 10/29 Canada/NE cruise on the Enchanted we were only asked for the medallion and our passport. My conclusion is that they didn't ask for our Covid vaccination cards was that they had been uploaded to the Medallion app.

Your flawed logic could be applied to any situation such as a slip and fall accident at a store because the store did not make you walk on that specific spot.

The transaction for specialty dining zeroed out before I completed the reservation as Princess recognized I had comped dinners. This was done pre-cruise on the medallion app. no credit card involved.

Not true, I booked my comp dinner and the amount zeroed out when booked. OBC can only be used pre-cruise for excursions.

We dined there on our recent sailing on the Enchanted. The food was good, the ambience terrible. Being open to the piazza and foot traffic was the primary problem.
