Here are my two cents...and keep in mind we have another Virgin cruise planned for this summer... We found that the excursions were not great (this was for our greek cruise). We actually got refunded for 2 of them because they were terrible (tour guides got us lost, bus didn't know where to go...etc). I also found the staff less professional. I LOVE the diversity and no limits on showing tattoos, piercings, hair, etc. But service shouldn't be compromised. We witnessed entertainment staff using foul language with one another, ignoring guests, and not knowing key information (where venues were, restrooms, etc.). I just got the sense that maybe the training for staff isn't as rigorous as other lines. Overall I just felt like Virgin is GOING to be great one day. But they're working out kinks that other established lines have had more experience with.

Hi all, Sailing soon in star class (anthem) and my genie said the thermal spa is only available for free for one day. Not the entire week. Is this true? I was under the impression it was included/for free for the entire week in star class. Anyone with experience? thanks!

Hello! I was in Nassau on a cruise in December and couldn’t seem to find this Nassau staple of a shop. I know it’s been there since the 1940’s/50’s. Does anyone know if it’s still there? I’m heading back to Nassau in a few days and want to try and find it again. Thanks!

I live in NYC. I’m used to $14-17 a cocktail - it’s disgusting. On our trip, they lost money. If I paid individually for what I actually drank, they would have made significantly more. Cheers to Black Friday deals!
