We were on a plane coming back from Vancouver,BC .A guy seated in front of me kept on pushing his seat back.I asked if he could not do it so forcefully because I had a chronic knee problem.A few minutes later he pushed back much harder than previously.I screamed in pain Then he got out of his seat to go to the bathroom.His wife moved into his seat and pushed presumably as hard as she could into my knee.The Flight Attendants could not do anything and there were no empty seats on the plane.I spent the rest of the flight either with my legs in the aisle or standing.

My one time business partner was close friends from childhood with a RedSox immortal.I learned a lot about the team.

It stopped raining here but it is still very windy and very dark.Rain is predicted for tomorrow and Wednesday.

Another one was when we were in St.Croix the last time.Our Tour Guide was a retired singer from the Platters.The discussions ventured into music.

For us it was in 2008 on a cruise to Alaska .We booked a tour of Denali National Park.Our Tour Guide was a college Professor from Oregon who lived and worked in Alaska several months a year.He gave each person on the tour 3 bound books about Denali without charge .The tour was supposed to be 2 hours but it became 3 1/2 . A second interesting time was in St. Thomas .The tour guide was a professional basketball player in the UK who was native to St.Thomas .He gave a great tour and we had wonderful basketball conversations.

It is storming here now with very high wind .We are close to the Atlantic Ocean and are in a flood zone.

Hopefully Owen will have a sports career like Bret if he so wishes.

I was overweight in my early teens bordering on obesity .I lost 66 pounds and never gained it back.I look much younger than my age as did my father.

We all are said to have people in this world who resemble us. When I was in my 30’s people often said I looked just like Eric Clapton when he had a beard.

In 2014 my wife and I were on a cruise as part of a table of 10 ,all strangers.The next to last night it was suggested that we give a group tip. Eight of us agreed.However,two women traveling together said that they never tip on a cruise.They did not come to dinner the last night and we gave individual tips.

I do not recall them being able to be opened.

I am in my 80’s and weigh the same as the day I graduated HS.

In 1973 I was on a ship that offered Skeet Shooting .Every cabin had portholes .There was no such thing as a buffet or excursions. Entertainment was class A ,big name singers and comedians . Price of the cruise ,7 days from NY to Bermuda for my wife and I $699.00.

I can still fit into shirts from 50 years ago
