Thank you for clarifying that for me! I'm tech challenged! I was unclear which one I needed for Harmony. 

If you go to the website cruise planner, scroll down to the bottom of the page & you will see either the RCCL card offer or a card icon that says "redeem points" under it. You can redeem points either way. It's very user friendly as I am tech challenged! Make sure you print copies of your points purchase in case it doesn't show on board. It won't show on your acct until the 2nd day onboard.

Please keep us posted. I am very curious what resolve you get!

I will be on the Harmony next but I was wondering If the Royal app was a better choice since I will be on other ships as well. Does it work on Oasis class as well?

I am looking at downloading the app but, after reading all the bad reviews I am wondering if it is worth the trouble. How has it been working for others? What are your favorite functions & worst issues when using it? Thanks CCs!

I want to clarify when I said shorts & T-shirt, I meant gym shorts & tank tops or casual tees. Dress shorts are fine in MDR. My DH wears them on casual nights.

I agree! I hate the "improvements" on the new website!! I don't think it's user friendly at all!

It depends on what you mean by not dress up. Most places you can get by with slacks or nice jeans & a collared shirt. But if you are talking shorts & T-shirt, then you will be limited to Wind Jammer, Johnny Rockets, Sorrento's, Dog House, Park Cafe & maybe Sabor.

Thank you! We are torn between rolling the dice & requesting. My only concern is I have read reviews where people have had bad experiences. I would hate to end up with a Genie that leaves us disappointed! Although we are easy going & easy to please, a great Genie can't be beat!

Does anyone know if you can request a certain Genie? We had Alex on our last cruise & would LOVE to have her again but will be in a different suite. She was fantastic! I don't know if that is even possible or how I would even make the request. Any knowledge on the subject?
