Don't know his background but found him to be an excellent Concierge.

Our last few Chops experiences were disappointing. We have changed to Giovanni's for a much better filet. IMHO The gnocchi is one of my favorites also!

Yes yes & yes! You can get all three. No problem. The only thing you need to pay for is the champagne. And a tip for delivery on the other. Every time we have stayed in the Royal Suite/ Royal Loft Suite we have gotten a complementary bottle of champagne upon arrival. Both of those suites are wonderful & you will LOVE either. But if you can do the Royal Loft Suite… The service is fantastic! It's like having your own apartment. The second bedroom is nice if traveling with more than 2 people. The rule is you need 6 people to book but if you press them they will book with 4.

My perfect meal was at 150 Central Park until last March. We were on the Serenade & did the Chef's Dinner. That meal edged out 150 CP meal for my #1 spot. YUMMY!!! Too bad no two are alike. I would LOVE to experience that exact meal again!!!

We did the Chef's Table in Jan. on the Serenade. It was WONDERFUL!! We will be back on her in March & will do it again. Have you done it on other ships?

Disembarked Serenade last week and Mario told us he was definitely moving to Quantam.

I will miss Mario! He's my favorite. Now I'll have to book the "Q" to see him:cool:
