Good day to all! Just booked the Behind-the Scenes tour on the Allure and I am beyond! excited! Has anyone done one recently that could tell me what kind of swag you get? Trying to figure which luggage I would need to use. Thanks in advance.

I was able to use gift cards to pay toward my balance well after deposit. You can use it toward your balance or for on board credit. You have to email it to them. Here is a link: https://royalcaribbeancertificates.com/. The only thing you cannot do with Royal is redeem then while on board the ship.

I did one on another cruise line — you get some pretty sweet swag. I thoroughly enjoyed it and definitely feel it is worth the money.

How does it work when one person buys the package for two devices? My sister and I are each taking a phone and tablet. Can we share one package and each switch between our two devices?

Yes, it does. Used part OBC and the remainder went on my CC.

I had all the issues everyone else had. I just wanted to get the refreshment package, but it wouldn’t let me in, then wouldn’t let me reserve, then wouldn’t let me check-out. I tried the app, and voila — I have our refreshment package!

I wouldn’t count on it happening anytime soon. The people that wanted the berth were voted out of office. During the island shut down, they realized they didn’t need the tourism dollars cruising brings in. They are now limiting the number of people and ships in port on a daily basis.

Thanks all for your responses. We went to the same branded travel agency, different location, and she said she can take over the booking and will do whatever needs to be done to make it happen. Funny thing is, when my sister explained what was going on, the woman knew exactly who she was talking about and rolled her eyes. She must have a reputation amongst the agency.

Hello all and Happy 4th of July weekend! Happy Canada Day to our friends to the north. I don’t know if anyone can help, but how do I get a booking out of my current TA? She is kind of not useful to us, and I would like to transfer it to the cruise line directly or another TA. I know some paperwork needs to be signed, I just don’t know where to begin the process. When we originally booked our cruise, it was the Emerald and, for some unknown reason, Princess changed it to the Crown April of last year.
