Also, please keep in mind that I'm in Canada, so all the prices I see are Canadian based. I believe it will come up lower than what I quoted.

I just checked my cruise again and it's gone back down as well.
10 Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise on RCCL's Explorer of the Seas from Jan 27th - Feb 6th, 2012.
Inside cabin = $986 ($879 + $107 taxes and fees)

I'm in complete aww of all the pictures. I'll be on the Allure next September and this is making me want to bump the date up!

I know the best deals for solo travelers seem to be inside cabins. I can't imagine not having a window if not a balcony. How do people cope?
I usually find a quiet outside spot on the 1st night and spend a LOT of time there if I want to do some water watching. I'm usually good at finding the right spot too; It's usually only me and maybe 2 or 3 other people who are quiet as well.

I looked at that cruise and actually got the inside for under $1,000 with taxes, but 7 days on water??? I think that's too much for me. I commend you!

I'm enjoying this review a lot! I'm now interested in going to St Kitts, but my next cruise will hit St Thomas and I have a list of things I'd like to do now.
I also love the donation aspect. I'll have to check with the islands I'm going to if there's something I can bring.

Thanks for all the info ... heading back over to the roll call now!!

I'm booked on the Explorer for late January and I'm extremely excited!!
One question .. I'll be going as a solo traveler and my stops include Labadee, St Thomas, St Maaren and San Juan. Can anyone recommend any excursions that I wouldn't mind doing solo? I was thinking of walking around each city but I don't think that would be the best idea.
Plus, I also have 5 sea days and I'm wondering how many activities they have to fill up the days.
Thanks!

Explorer of the Seas for January 27th.
I'm so glad I booked it yesterday; I checked the price today again and it had jumped from $987 to $1,500!!!

Found a great deal and I put a deposit on it just until I can confirm my vacation time.
10 Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise leaving from New Jersey for under $1,000, with taxes in.
It only has 4 stops and 5 sea days, but this trip is mainly for relaxation, so I'm just fine with that.
With it leaving from New York, the flight will be cheaper, or I can even go dirt cheap and take the Greyhound overnight! This is exactly the kind of deal I was looking for, so I'm ecstatic. Now, as long as my vacation pans out, I can properly start planning.

I'm possibly looking to change my February cruise if I can find something cheaper, so can someone help me out please?
Right now, the Feb cruise is leaving from Fort Lauderdale for 6 nights on the Navigator of the Seas.
I'm from Toronto, so I'd actually prefer something leaving from New Jersey or Baltimore, as I can take the Greyhound there for much cheaper and something longer than 5 nights.
If anybody sees a deal, please let me know!! Right now, I paid $1,000, but I'd like to bump that much lower and I don't mind switching lines, but only to Carnival.

I'm absolutely loving this review. The pictures are bright, big and beautiful and it makes me even more excited to get on the Allure next September!

I love the Quest game. I never participate, but I'll go early and grab a seat in the back, along with a drink!
Looking forward to seeing it in February.

I'm on the Navigator of the Seas on Feb 12th, 2012 ... I'm thinking I may be the only single one who'd be brave enough to go away during the week of Valentine's Day ... from my Roll Call thread, it's all couples. Ah well, I'll find a way to enjoy myself.

I don't know if this is considered a deal, but I booked the Navigator of the Seas today for a 6 night Western Caribbean cruise on Feb 12th for $828 single supplement for a promenade room. From looking at the pictures, I'm looking forward to it. They also had regular inside cabins for $709.

This thread has me itching for my cruise in February to come quickly!! I'm so glad I decided to upgrade to a balcony; it was a little steep, but will be well worth it as I'm looking to sleep out there one night and will be doing a lot of reading and drinking as well ... I really can't wait!!

This thread has caused me to call my TA to change my Feb inside cabin to an aft balcony!! It will be a pricey upgrade, but I'm already picturing myself sitting out there, reading as the sun sets.

Okay, good to know, but interesting, as I priced the Enchantment cruise and it came up higher for me. I thought the exchange was the reason why.
