I've been a cruise critic member for over 10 years. Not happy with the new look.

OK thanks. It is the Regal Princess.

Just wondering which night is formal night on 5 night to Canada? I would think the first sea day?:confused::confused::confused::confused:
sorry for all the confused faces. Dont know why so many appeared. I'm not that confused. LOL.

We didnt fnd the cliff walk anything special. You could do half of it. Start at Riddel Avenue where the 40 steps are. Its the halfway point. then facing the water, follow the path to the right which is in back of all the mansions. If you go towards the right from 40 steps there really isnt much to see at all. you pass alot of bushes and see water, thats all. No mansions.

Trying to decide on a balcony or window cabin? Is it scenic? Do you pass all the cities. Looking to sail from Vancouver to Oregon, San Francisco, Santa Barbara and ending in LA

Are they scenic? Trying to decide on a cabin. Window or balcony? Do you see land much of the cruise?

Does Princess require a printed boarding pass? My printer is acting up not letting me print anything. If I can't get this resolved by the time of my cruise does it matter that I dont have a printed boarding pass? As far as the luggage tag, I guess I 'll have to get them from the porter.

I have a Pacific coastal booked for April 2019 on Celebrity Eclipse. It leaves out of San Diego and ends in Vancouver.
thanks. I'll check into Celebrity.

Does anyone know when the prices and itineraries will be out for Pacific Northwest 2019? I looked at they only have for 2018.

Thanks everyone for your replies. Never drove to the Brooklyn terminal before. Always left from New York or New Jersey (besides Florida, Seattle and Puerto Rico). I'll have to use my GPS.

We have a cruise booked on Regal Princess to Canada in October. It says leaving from New York OR Brooklyn. So is it leaving from New York or Brooklyn or does that mean its not decided yet.

I've been on several different cruise lines. I do it on all of them.

is there an extra charge for this or something you have to sign up to get?

Where is the best place to head for complimentary lunch upon arrival besides the buffet?

We never travel without it. Go to insuremytrip.com to compare plans

We had MTD with no reservation and would usually go to the dining room around 5:30. Barely a wait at all, maybe 2 to 3 minutes and we were seated at a table for 2 each night.

Just got off the Anthem 2 weeks ago. Smooth sailing the whole way to New England and back. I'm one for seasickness and usually need to take pills the whole cruise. This cruise was the first time ever I didn't need anything for motion sickness.

We ate at Geddy's on Main Street. Cool décor hangings on the walls too.

Loved Peggy's Cove. We took a tour and got a lot of information about the history of it. A cute little fishing town and lighthouse. Beautiful scenery.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and enjoy your honeymoon!
I will be following as this is my favorite ship out of 15 cruises I've been on.

It's 2 weeks now and I still can't get onto Royal Caribbeans website to look for a future cruise. I get onto their main page and when I go to find cruises, it says webpage not found. I can always book a cruise by calling them but if I need to go onto their website to do online check in, I wont be able to or pick an excursion or do anything else for that matter. Does anyone else have that same problem?

Bermuda. Much more beautiful plus feel safer there too. Lots to see and do. Another plus is that the ship is docked overnight so no rushing back to be back onboard. Buses to anywhere you want to go.
Bahamas never felt safe there. Especially with the vendors following you trying to sell their wares plus trying to sell you drugs.

I will be on this sailing with you as well. Still looking forward tho to reading your review and seeing your pics.
Nor easter on Saturday and leaving for New England/Canada
in Princess Cruises
Posted · Edited by lauren0309
Sailing this weekend, 10/27/18 out of New York. When there is a Nor easter would the cruise to Canada get diverted or do they sail around it? Just wondering if I should be light clothing plus heavy clothing in case we get diverted to somewhere warm.
