I have come across this message
When I called it said the two rooms were booked under different promotions, and for some reason the system would not let you do any bookings for one room from the login for another room.
It makes absolutely zero sense but they would not or could not fix it
I can call CS and ask "What is the current protocols for "XXXX" and they will tell me.
There isn't always a need nor a request for reservation number nor personal information; if there had been, then the CS agent would read off the same script that we all see on the website.
I agree with everyone’s assessment about the CS issue regarding reliability.
One thing I must wonder, however, in this case. What was the question asked of CS? Requirements on cruises embarking Barcelona, or requirements for a TA sailing?
Nothing to do with tips and everything to do with accountability, and the ability to prove that one received “X” number of free drinks if they should happen to challenge it.
Sounds like the itinerary was modified after your purchase, and your cruise planner hasn’t updated yet.
Unfortunately, both things are somewhat common.
You will need a notarized letter from the other parent stating knowledge of, and permission to take the child out of the country, or
a copy of your divorce settlement stating your right to do so.
While I agree with the premise of your statement; you must agree that no company in existence has reserves or contingency plan for ZERO revenue for over 6 straight quarters PLUS the refund of the vast majority of revenue (fares) collected for the previous 3 quarters or so.
“Properly”? By whose definition?
The family went to an upscale (think $300 per head) steakhouse here a couple weeks ago.
The clientele looked just like the MDR on board. Some men in suits, some in slacks and shirt/no tie, many (including 4 in my party) in pleated shorts and button down shirts.
EVERYONE in the restaurant were dressed “properly”
