Took the words right out of my mouth:)
Lol...actually hired an office manager for one of our practices about 15 years ago when I met her on a cruise. She stayed when I sold that one last year and new owners love her.

Navybankerteacher, please tell me you were referring to clothing and not all white as in membership.. actually spit my coffee when I read it.

I want to work for you
LOL I do have a low turnover rate. Actually I worked at resorts in summer as a kid and waitressed all thru college, med school and while getting my PhD, I have never forgotten those that were so generous not those who were not. Great lesson to learn.

For anyone who is used to Caribbean or short US departure cruises, these are a different animal. As with Transatlantics part of the draw for many people is to actually enjoy cruising not 18 hours of constant stimulation. My kids were preteen when we first did this and years later it is still one of their favorites. They loved watching for whales and being spoiled by staff and fellow cruisers. try it, you may surprise yourself and actually enjoy cruising. Safe journeys

Interesting replies. For cruises in Caribbean or States, we do 20% for cab, $5 pp for shuttle driver, $5 per bag with Porter, $2 room service for am coffee, $5 room service if order lunch or snacks, $2 per bar waiter $1 per drink for server if show or casino, $5 per person per hour for tour guide, $10 pp to driver for 4 hours or under $20 for longer, $100 for private cars per person, $30-50 for steward depending on service of week, $100-$150 for butler if we're in suite. Have been know to give out $20 or so to miscellaneous staff if they go above and beyond. These guidelines we use for Carnival, MSC, Princess, Royal adjust up for Celebrity, Viking, Azamara when we sail with them. Safe journeys.

Drsel, not if you don't want a Transatlstic and hate interior cabins

Not overpriced, resort priced. You are on a ship people not running to your local message envy. LOL
Elemis is a huge European brand so product costs are in line to comparable products.
Personally love seaweed wraps, body scrubs and Oxygen facials. Tell them upfront love products I use so thanks no sales pitch.

Hey OP, you know what they say about people who assume.
-
And I had one that was nearly 4 before totally trained. Good for Celebrity. OP please explain why cabin catagory has has bat butt anything to do with this.
-
Sorry, just don't get this idea at all.
-
OP. The boutique lines are similar to country club and dress accordingly. Agree with many, Carnival, NCL, Costa would be more along what you stated you require particularly regarding dress recommendations.

Curious, those who did not enjoy it did you not know Wonderland's concept prior to booking? we had friends who sailed 2 weeks ago, they got 150 Park and Wonderland confused when booked. Needless to say while they appreciated the composition of the food and service, they didn't enjoy it.
-
They are planning on drinking it, that makes it a beverage.
Oh come on...
-
Jimbo you may be quite surprised...safe journeys and enjoy Azamara
-
But, weekly and day passes are limited on each cruise. When they hit their limit, done. Check daily and good luck.
-
Curious why you want to be "sold" on a cruiseline.
-
Better food, ambiance, service for starters. $, well spent

Our Carnival Magic cruise this December will be from a local raffle win. Haven't cruised Carnival in 29 years, was going to give it away but contest details said we couldn't so we're going. Was allowed to upgrade to Spa Balcony foe $100 each and have already been notified 1099 will get coming.
