I don't eat in the buffet for dinner either (except on my last NCL Alaskan cruise on the last 3 nights) I could not cotinue eating the MDR food on that cruise it was the worse I had ever had on a cruise or any vacation. But from time to time I have walk through the buffet at dinner time and I do not remember seeing the same items as in the MDR. I will have to pay more attention or go by ealry in the evening to see what they are serving. When I get back I will post what I find,

So on the elgant nights they serve filet migon, prime rib and lobster in the buffet? I have sailed on 15 cruises and never seen that. Is that new on carnival Celebration?

Thinking of booking a cruise to Europe in September or October of this year. Any advice would be apperciated. But here are a feww questions. What are the best cruiseline to use in Europe? I ask this becuase in Alaska most people recommend Princess or Holland America. Is it the same in Europe? We are looking to book a 12 day that included Italy, Spain and Greece, Any one ever taken one that they can recommend? How many days ahead should we travel to make sure we do not miss the ship? Any other advice would be helpful, thank you

I just saw a You Tube video that says that if you order e entrees in the MDR they charge yuo $5. Is this true because I have not seen that anywhere else. If true is it a charge of $5.00 3 and more or is it $5 for each entree after the 2nd one?

Good morning you post November 29 story on a different thread.Celebration Center on Carnival Celebration, lol.

DW and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary on Celebration next month. We normally like to dine around 8-8:30pm. But we are notcing long wait times on these threads. We have booked the Chefs Table, Teppanaki and we want to do MDR on elegant nights for the filet and lobster. EWE are concering the stakehouse and seafood resturants. Our other worry is with all the entertainment onboard how to best set up dinning so we can see as much as possible. Any suggestion you have would be great. Please help I am a big time planner, this is my 15 cruise and I cannot figure out how to navigate what i am looking at.

I know from read threads that we nned to show about 45 mins. early to any show on Celebration Central. I know they atrt sitting about 30 mins beofre the show, I heard good seat are up front and which I believe is deck 6. Also the glass window on Deck 7 is also good. my questions are: Are there any other good areas? Are all the areas on al the decks blocked off until 30 mins before the show? Which of the show get more packed?

I know that Carnival now has the app that allows you to checking when you are ready to eat and give you a length of time when your table is ready. But in past sailings I was allowed to cal in the morning and make a reservation a a specific time in the MDR for that night with my time dinning. Is this option still avialable?

Can you share details on this trip. My DW and I are starting to have discusion of what we want to do for our retirement trip and this is my suggestion. But I have tried starting to research and it has not been very succesful. I would like to go to Europe spend some time and visit different Europe countries and then return an another cruise. How can I reasearch this? Do yuo have a written intinerary of this trip? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
