I'll tell you after next week.
We leave Saturday 9n the Miacle with my almost 20 month old.
-
We live near Disney and plan to leave by 10a. Depending on traffic, that should put us there between 10:30-11a. We have FTTF.
-
The site is acting up for me too.
My booking isn't listed so I have to add it each time I log in and I can't go look at any excursions. But my parent's booking that is linked onto mine shows up and I can check out excursions for them.
I called Carnival and they told me to clear my cookies. Did that, still nada.
Good thing I already printed my boarding docs.

If you look at the fare viewer, you can see sail dates for the ship even when their sold out
-
Thanks for the pictures! We're on her in less than 2 weeks.
I am going to be highly disappointed if there is no Suess at Sea when we sail. That was the 2.0 feature that I was most looking forward to doing with my toddler.

You can get travel sized laundry packets on Amazon. Here's a link for 10 packs on Woolite. for about $10
Target usually has some travel sized laundry stuff too
-
I have mix & match outfits for during the day and I'll usually recycle the bottoms. So I bring lots of tops and a few skirts/shorts. Usually a tank top and skirt that that I can put over my bathing suits.
I tend to dress up for dinner until the end of the night. Even on casual nights I at least change into a dress with cardigan. And just for the record, I'm in my early 30s.

I would stop trials several weeks before the cruise so you and he can get back to his sense of normal. Nothing worse than a bad medical reaction while far away from your doctors/therapists/etc.
I would probably also bring up the fact that daddy will not be there from now until the cruise. IDK what kind of internet plan the ship you're on has, but maybe you can plan for a way to Skype or Facetime your husband a few times during your trip.

The pics that were posted on JH's FB page the other day show dart boards in the Red Frog Bar on the Miracle.
Won't be able to check it out for myself for 3 weeks

Love your reviews.
My 20 month old will be going on his first 'big boat' trip next month. You've been giving him lots of good ideas.

22 days for us.
We were supposed to be on this cruise leaving Saturday, but we switched after the itinerary change and learning it was the first cruise out of dry dock.
Can't wait!
-
My first cruise was with my parents, so not sure on that one.
Next 2, we didn't.
This time is our first time traveling with a kid and he has some disabilities, so I purchased it. (Not through Carnival) It was actually pretty cheap, but we're also local to the port, so no flights.
-
I got an email the first week in January reminding me about final payment that was due at the end of the month.
Not that I didn't have reminders set up all over already, but one more never hurts

We're on the cruise a week before you, one of the people on my roll call just got their assignment: extended balcony.
You don't say what king of guarantee type you booked: interior, ocean view, balcony.
The Miracle galley is all the way down on Riviera, so you most likely won't have to worry about noise from that. If you're on panorama you might get some noise from Lido. The obstructed balconies aren't that bad (that's what we have booked), your view down is obstructed but not your view out.

We did Bernard's tour in St Maarten. Got to see both sides of the island, spent a decent amount of time time at Orient beach & Maho. Ate yummy French pastries.
Then we got dropped of in Phillipsburg. There is a museum there full of Star Wars movie props (and some other movies as well) Google 'That Yoda Guy' for more info.

I'm cruising eastern Caribbean out of PC and ending in San Juan on the libery sailing march 22. I have never cruised or been to any of the stops. Cruising with my DH, our 3 year old and 9 month old.. If we were to skip a port which one is a good one to skip? I was thinking st kitts? ( ports st thomas, st kitts, st marten, Tortola)
We did the cruise out of SJ that hits most of those stops. St Marten was our favorite.
We ended up basically staying on the ship at St Kitts (got off to buy replacement sunglasses and souvenir shot glass). Our itinerary is so intense that we were burned out. Had the whole pool area to ourselves.

Ok. So I went and dug up the receipt and I guess it doesn't say that a gratuity is included. Just a line for optional gratuity.
-
Im 99% sure that Tip was included. But I think we tipped an additional $20. I believe it shows on the 'bill' you get at the end of the meal. I think I have it at home in the bag of honeymoon souvenirs that someday I'll get around to scrapbooking....
The service we received was more than worth it.

We are sailing the same day and I didn't even think about the Grand Prix! Yikes!
Don't worry. I'll be disembarking that day. You can have my parking spot [emoji12]

We always do late dining and never miss anything. Most shows they do an early and a late show. So you might have to see the show before dinner. I feel with early seating we are too rushed getting back from Port and getting ready. Plus we normally eat late at home, so late dining is closer to our normal dinner time (my toddler included)
I'm not sure what time the all ages comedy show is but we never had a problem seeing the 21+ show. Bars/clubs/casinos are open late, so by the time we finished eating, went back to the room to freshen up, and got to our evening entertainment, things were just getting going.
-
I don't eat burgers, so I don't understand getting up in arms about Guys being on the ship. I was really hoping for some Waterworks, like the Pride received. And I'm happy for Suess at Sea.
Either way, in about a month I will be on the Miracle with a DOD in my hand and not at work. I'll actually get to spend time with my DH (we work opposite shifts and barely see each other) and watch my son experience his first cruise. ♡ Doesn't get much better than that.
-
Won't see it happen anytime soon. It costs a bit of money to send her back to the west coast-via South America- and the million dollar question is if it's going to make sense to do so.
But isn't the Panama expansions set to be done early next year? That'll make it easier to send bigger ships through. I don't think they would send another ship down and around again.

We're taking my 20 month old on his first cruise in April on the Miracle ( sister ship to yours). IDK how much is different w/ Spirit being on the Australian line but here's my plans.
On some mornings, they will allow you to bring your kid to the Camp and you can play with him (not drop off) 8a-10a from what I have read.
Does your LO walk? My little one loves climbing up and down stairs. He also loves to dance, and walk/run. I figure I can find different unused areas and let him run around. And when there is music on Lido he will enjoy stomping his feet to the music.
We also have a balcony, so I plan on also putting a couple of buckets of water in an inflatable tub out there b/c he loves to splash.
I also have his favorite movies (Grease & Veggie Tales) loaded on my Kindle for during dinner entertainment

WTS. We booked under a $50pp deposit ES ($150 down), but when we called for a change, we had to pay the $600 difference in the deposit rate (3people @ 250
each)

Yup. It's actually our first family vacation.
I'm probably over packing! I know how to pack for us but I'm totally over packing clothes for him.
