Please note as others have said. Situations change and you could find masking mandatory partway through your trip. However we masked up when walking through the ship and unmasked at bars restaurants and slot machines. It was not a big deal

Always the Plus package for us. As to the wines available under the Plus they have never been all that great 😌

I would not want both drinks charged to my Plus account. If I did I wouldn’t be able to drink after 6pm. Since we keep separate accounts the bar can only see those who are there

The lunch is usually a real treat which an amazing menu. However the most memorable one I have been to was a wine and nibbles on the bridge during Hubbard Glacier cruising day. This was a long time ago and I still remember it

No we sail in suites all the time which gives us a free specialty dinner on embarkation night and never got free wine ever. This must be a TA gift or another line

In Alaska you really need to watch the weather reports. We have sailed there in August several times and sometimes we were in T shirts during the day and other times we were in heavy coats. In other words be prepared for anything. For dinners I wear jeans and shirts for casual and button down shirt with slacks and sports coat. Got rid of all my ties a few years ago

Did you ever look at the deck plans ? Many Princess ships do not have a sit down pizza venue although a few use Sabatini’s in the afternoon on some days

The only perk I really miss is the loyalty OCB. Mini bar and laundry are great perks and since we always sail with Plus packages that takes care of WiFi and drinks

There have never been a lot of outlets and being an older ship the Crown would have even less than a new ship built after all the tech items rolling out. We always bring along a device that allows us to charge 5 devices at a time and an extension cord without a surge protector for the CPAP

You can still swap out the mini bar for sodas. What is the question. ?

Once yo pour hard liquor over ice it begins to dilute. Bad form to serve a diluted. drink to anyone.

Except if the start my drink whenI walk in and I want something different then they will be wasting booze. Generally they ask me if I want my usual. This is no change from pre medallion days when then general know me you the 2nd day. Their system pulls up your icon picture as well from the medallion

Mini bar and laundry service are great perks and most people I know book with the Princess Plus package so we really don’t need a WiFi package

You have everything backwards you booked Princess Plus which has been around for awhile. At one time the drink package was called premier but has always been attached to the plus package and limited to $12 drinks or less. That is what you bought and it covers most every drink you want except for higher priced wines by the glass Time for you to give it up or sail another line where drinks are more expensive. I cannot believe you think you are going to get drinks over $12 which is what you signed up for

Also using the medallion you want need to hand your card to the bartender their systems will pick yours up and the just push a button to charge your drink

We don’t use our phone for anything on a cruise. Just use the medallion to open door, order drinks at the bar, buy thing in shops and playing the slots. Easy peasy

Just went to a full suite on Majestic. I am assuming Crown Grill for breakfast is that correct ?
