  1. Their technology is definitely not a selling gesture but their customer service is excellent. I could not get my travel agent login working and ended up calling in and booking through their consumer sales and was very pleased. Have already had agency info fixed and the booking transferred. Continued working with their sales support team to get login worked out and successfully got it working today.

  2. Take the deal and try it out, I just booked it too. I am usually loyal to Royal although not able to do many cruises with my work schedule. I live in Tampa and took the Brilliance to Cozumel last November and was disappointed in many ways. Hope for fresh perspective and although I have heard/seen mixed reviews, everything about it sounds pretty good to me. Did you know that the MSC 4 day is. Def Leppard Rock the Ship weekend cruise ? I learned that when I found the Roll Call after booking.

  3. Yes thanks Skier52 I only had seen picture taken from the door of the cabin looking out towards the slider. Here I can see the ramp but the space is narrow for the power chair. Walker should work well here though so will need to bring both. It's a 4 day so hadn't planned to. Would also like to see an accessible bathroom if anyone has a photo.

  4. I just booked 12126 accessible balcony stateroom. Saw a pic of the cabin and it looks nice but I am wondering about the balcony access, depth which looked narrow from the angle photographed, and view? My hubby is less mobile and spends mornings in the cabin...do want him to enjoy this!

  5. While I didn't personally experience this I did see quite a few strollers in use on our recent cruise. Mostly of the umbrella type that fold easily and don't take up much space. A few larger ones too maybe they had larger cabins? I am sure it would be helpful.

  6. On our recent Oasis cruise my DH brought his Jazzy Pride power chair. The ship itself was almost completely accessible. The memorable exception was the "secret" aft balconies which have a high bottom door lip making them unfriendly. There were some long waits for elevators with enough room to accommodate the chair, especially on sea days, but not excessively long. We experienced every manner of rudeness mainly at elevators from folks jumping ahead of us when an elevator finally came, letting kids run ahead of the chair, and rolling of eyes at the inconvenience of waiting. Overall there were way more kind and considerate people than rude ones. Young and old, people held doors open so they didn't close on the chair, squished together so we could fit, and seemed willing to assist any way they could from jumping out of the way in passageways or following behind Despite our slow progress at times. Another issue was navigating down the passageway to and from cabin to elevator during the day and evening when room stewards have their carts out. Some spots along the hall do not have room for both or it's way tight. Most times stewards popped out to move them or I just pushed them out of the way enough to get by. It was definitely a good experience.
