I'm not aware of one. We frequent the coffee bar on Epic so that would be great. You didn't ask, but we were pleasantly surprised with coffee on Dawn--especially on buffet (we used the direct brew machines) two weeks ago. We like bold, dark roasts and even carry our own for first cup in the morning.

Where is the direct brew machine in the buffet? I will try it out. Thanks so much!

Hey neighbor! There's 5 of us in our suite. I couldn't pass up the friends and family sail free so we asked the kids to join us. My DS hasn't been on a cruise since he was 14,
he's 31 now. My DH asked his DD and her husband to come. They have never been on a cruise. So we've got a full suite!

Mitsugirly stayed in a 12th floor interior room on the Dawn. Here is the link to her review (page 4) where she starts her room review and pictures:

Thanks Jill! Mistugirly's daughter stayed in the room we have for Pop, 12015. We're in 12016!

Sorry for the delay! The real world always gets in the way. Have a great trip!

If you want a drink for the show, you could order it at the restaurant and bring it with you so you don't need to stop at another bar.

Oh, good Idea. We can get a drink and have it for our stroll to the theater.

And that's the price if you buy it before the cruise and saving 42%.
Yes indeed. I purchased a 12 pack of 1 liter bottled water for our cruise on the Dawn next month, $49.00.

Different than this one? Or is there a section where it no longer exists?

Oh wow! Thanks Doug. We couldn't see you guys coming in Sunday morning because of the fog. This makes me so happy the lights are up now! I'll be looking this Sunday and hopefully I can see My Ship again!

The string of lights that went from the bow to the aft is also gone. We could spot the Dawn coming up the Mississippi early morning by those lights. It's a bit more difficult now, but we still watch her as she passes.

Has been down since 0530😨. Trying to get my Countdown Sunday fix.
It's up now. Looking at the DREAMS aft,

It takes laser accuracy and a real genius to figure that one out. Gotta go get some popcorn now. [emoji1]

The Quest is usually on the last night of the cruise!! So much fun!
Thank you! I want to let the kids (early 30's) know, so we can plan on being there. DH will turn 61 at midnight on the last sea day. Try to stay up to sing Happy Birthday.

Your Live from the Dawn is wonderful. Sure makes Monday at work bearable.

If nobody else gets to it, I'll scan them upon my return and post. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask in the live thread.
Thanks Doug! If you happen to see The Quest game on the dailies, please let me know. I've been telling my DS about it since our cruise on the Jewel a few years ago, and was hoping to see it again.

Thank you Doug and Sue! Did you see us waving from shore as you passed Meraux?

You could certainly ask about putting six people in the Cabana. Maybe there would be an up charge. There is definitely lots of room!
We tipped our Butler $60. Which was $15 each. It had nothing to do with our bill (which was $113). It had more to do with her service.
Sandy
We are a family of 6 and the Cabana I booked is for 6. I certainly hope they have not changed the plan.

Booked on March 10, 2015 for January 15, 2017 cruise, 677 days out. Friends from our Jewel cruise said they were coming back to town for this cruise.

Depends where you are and what ship you are on. NCL (like all other cruise lines) bunkers water in port as much as possible. They use water from the municipal water systems in the ports. There are some ships that bunker 100% of their water (i.e. don't make any on board through distillation or reverse osmosis). Most will be a combination of port water and manufactured water.
The water coming out of your bathroom faucet is the same as in the buffet (although they would have a filter on the buffet water dispenser to reduce build-up in the dispenser).
If you have a casino drinks card, bottled water is free. Otherwise, it is cheaper to buy a 24-pack of 1 liter bottles.
6-pack (1-liter bottles) $22.95
12-pack (1-liter bottles) $39.95
18-pack (1-liter bottles) $49.95
24-pack (1-liter bottles) $59.95
Just looked at the water pricing for our Dawn cruise in January
6-pack (1-liter bottles) $$27.08
12-pack (1-liter bottles) $47.14
18-pack (1-liter bottles) $58.94
24-pack (1-liter bottles) $70.74

Please could anyone tell me what time the shows will be on Dawn, in January 2017.
Also, will there be any themed nights/ formal nights
Thanks everyone. Have a great cruise from New Orleans on Jan 8th
I think once the Dawn starts mailing it's regular 7 day runs from New Orleans starting November 20th, we may have an idea. I'm hoping someone will post the dailies and menus as well.

Thanks so much for posting pictures! It looks Mah-vel-ous!

Found this video of Hurricane Nicole as she was hitting Bermuda. Actually I thought everything looked liked it was holding together well, except for the flash at the end of the road washed out.

See and I would say yuck, I don't like coke products. I prefer Mountain Dew which is available since NCL is with Pepsi.
Well, I like coke products, but any diet drink will do in a pinch. I do like Diet Mountain Dew, hopefully they'll have that.
