    Hi we always ask for ice and I understand that service is once a day. For those that always love to have ice in the stateroom, do you simply ask for ice in any bar and carry multiple cups to your stateroom or do walk around with the ice bucket proved by royal and ask for it ?

    yeah I do the same, I always find mine around 2-3pm

    I don't pre-pay tips and I always give extra in cash. But if I don't see you often and I feel less of service I won't remove the tip but I won't tip extra either.

    I had my first celebrity cruise this year after almost getting diamond plus with royal, omg what I was doing all these years. Millennials that love celebrity.

    check-in time is important, but they rarely look for your check-in time. Just join the 1030 am group and say Hi to those waiting in the 11 am huge line.

    sailing in a week, I sent the first request 2 weeks ago and another 3 days ago and am still waiting to hear from them.

    Hi everyone I don’t know why but every time I sent a table request for my upcoming cruise they never reply back or acknowledge it. I remember they send a I got your email and then a few days later a confirmation form the ship with the table number, but that’s not the case anymore with me.

    No matter my boarding time. I’m in the ship 10 mins max after we are allowed to board the ship. I mean 10 if you stop for the welcome aboard pic otherwise it is 5 mins. Love Miami !!!

    Due to prices I went to celebrity’s for the first time in Feb because Royal was super expensive. Oh wow, thanks royal now I have 2 more reservation with celebrity.
