My girls friend sent a picture of a room called "Concierge & Captain's Club" , is that for elite members as well? by the way , do elite member get free drinks and access to it? Thanks

last month on the explorer at least 90% of the people were wearing formal attire and I was like , why everyone is wearing that. before the pandemic formal night was relaxed at least in all my Caribbean cruises from miami that I took but omg last one on the explorer they really took it seriously and now my gf finds out that is on the daily compass .

I love orange juice in the morning and I use my diamond drink for it. Unfortunately I noticed that they always use different oranges compared to those big yellows offered in the windjammer. I asked if they’d were able to use those and they said no so, can I bring my manual oj machine. I rather do my own OJ using the oranges that I want thanks

Omg for the last 2 cruises I never got a reply back. -explorer and freedom- but the request was granted. I always got a reply but not this time.

My girlfriend is always wondering how some waiter are able to take all courses from the kitchen so fast that they are always the first while other waiter take forever. I was wondering if you know the process after a passage r places an order to finally get the dish in the table. In the Symphony we were the first in the table compared to the rest of the tables that the waiter had and we were also the first to other but service was slow. In other ships the waiter can be super fast. thanks

Hi For the last 2 cruises ( October and November ) I never received the confirmation email when requesting a table for two still they granted my request I was wondering if you are experiencing the same , I sent the email 2 weeks before sailing and then again one week before since I never got a reply.

Hi everyone I had a grand suite on the explorer and got I dark silver card now my friend says that they only provide gold seapass on the Liberty and dark silver card are not provided on the ship, is he right?

Hi For my next cruise I wanted 8pm but it is full and I don't see the option to be waitlisted -weekend cruise Liberty- I have never done my time in my life but all of my friends tell me that they always experience a big line and a wait. In my reservation, I see that I can reserve a time for my time, so if I pick one of those available time will I have to wait in line or they will take it as if I had a reservation. I always prefer a table of two, will that complicate things. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone 2 of my friends decided to join our cruise, it was last minute. Our reservation is already linked we requested a table of 2 that was granted but there is no time left to request a table of 4 ( request by email). Should I just go to the MDR and request the table. We r both late dining.
