And, does RCL follow up with guests who remove tips to see why or do they just go on disparaging and passing out the names of those guests who remove tips?

But what if they cry, throw a tantrum in the hallway or throw towels "like a football?" Then we are told we must console them while smiling and make small talk so that they feel validated. We should also track them down while they are cleaning other cabins and converse until we get that "$100 smile!" Cruise crictic posters say so.

Until you end up booted from your balcony cabin on day 3 of 9 and end up in inside deck 3 quarantine.

Dont take a shuttle. Stops at many hotels. Taxi or uber.

Take your immunity meds and stay healthy. Within weeks we went from all unvaxed welcome to no testing if less than 9 days. It does not take a medical degree to predict what will happen with covid infections. Keep that deck three open for quarantines

Same situation for us on Symphony last holiday cruise. We had Christmas and New Years Eve booked. On 1st night the head waiter came to our table to ask if we realized there was a $100 upcharge on those days. We told him we did not and the increase was crazy high. He said "No problem, I will cancel your reservations for those 2 evenings." So do not assume your reservation will be honored at the usual price. Sorry!

Nothing different to justify $100 upcharge. You can get a glass of champagne in the MDR or Windjammer for much less than $100!
