Although one should not have to, I print every purchase or reservation made online and bring it with me to avoid stress.
Since I always purchase internet on board I also put all RC confirmation emails in a folder on my email account for backup.

The credibility of the OP was lost when I read the official review.
Gives Cabin 1 star and goes on to describe as "outstanding" and best cabins in the fleet.

I'm one of those who booked before DD was announced. At first I thought uh-oh, but quickly decided I will not go hungry and will still do what I want when I want. If I'm sick of the crowds, my balcony and a book is all I need.
Yes, I have booked some restaurants already but I reserve the right to change things as I see fit.
Many cruises I've been on produced norovirus, missed ports, bad weather and up-charging. Sure, I've experienced some bad service at times and a few screw ups. Things turned out fine in the end.
Any cruise that doesn't end up at the bottom of the ocean is good enough for me.

I hope your answer was extra points, because I did a Nov 2012 cruise and I received extra points.
To others, occasionally they screw up the extra points for solo's. Please call Crown and Anchor if you're not sure. I had an issue but it was cleared up quickly with a phone call.

The way I look at it, the balcony just adds another room to my cabin and with the new ship I probably won't be in it much anyway.

I hated the thought of Dynamic Dining until I thought maybe dedicated waitpersons/chefs might actually have a handle on the menus/food and wouldn't "mass-produce" many dishes in advance of people actually ordering it. Imagine, a company saving money on wasted food.
While pretty upset with the Room Service menu at first, I'm again thinking the same thing. Will the order be correct and actually hot? Time will tell when I experience it for myself.
Sarcastically, I'm down right outraged that the internet speed has improved dramatically and but yet costs less. NorthStar, Bumper Cars, Rock Climbing, Flow Rider, Broadway Shows, unique entertainment, etc. are still free? Who is paying for this? Someone else?
Do I want everything for free? Heck yes! Will I get everything for free? Umm...no. Whether it's included in the overall cost or a la carte, I have a choice...and so do you. Use your feet if you must. I'm going to sip on my glass that's half full while deciding if I would still like to wake up in another country every other day without packing/unpacking every 24 hours.
For a brand new ship, I'm willing to wait out the shakedown and hear a few more reviews from cruisers on future sailings.

No cover charge for JR's on Quantum. The only cost is on the menu...and maybe 15%??? Not sure on the tip.

"It won't make a difference." That would be the time I whip out my phone, ask her her name, and have her watch me forward my reservation to Corporate. Glad they sat you anyway.
On another line, I forwarded my email confirmation on something right to the woman standing on the other side of the Purser's desk. Problem taken care of instantly.
