This hotel looks REALLY familiar, like a place we stayed at thru Resort For A Day when we were in Nassau on a cruise several years back. I see it is advertised as new....do we know if a old hotel shut down and this one took its place? I'm trying to remember the name of the place....for some reason Breezes sounds familiar, maybe that was it?

I love sailing past the fort in San Juan! It’s such an awesome sight. I can’t wait to see it again next year. 🙂 The pineapple looks good, i may have to give that a try.

Hahaha I think Belize is the hottest place on Earth....every time I am there I'm like "get me in some water NOW before I burn to death!" I love PR....the old city is so cool to explore. Mom likes it there too, I think it was her favorite port on our Horizon cruise a few years ago.

Anyone have any recent experience with this? We cruise next month to the Western Caribbean (Roatan, Cozumel, Costa Maya) and wondering how the process out of Port Canaveral is.

We have been offered 3 upsells.....once was on the Victory on a 3 day cruise when we booked an interior, and they offered for $10 more a day (so $30 total) to move to a balcony. I snagged that one. The other 2 I declined, one was to move us from a balcony to a suite, and the other was from a regular balcony to a spa balcony, but that was on a ship without the T-pool which is really the only spa perk I like.

PLEASEEEEEE do a review of that sailing! We are on her in March and I cant wait!

OK, both chicken salad sammiches you have posted pics of look delish, so they are definatly on my list to try next month! Altho it has been a while since I had my beloved tomato and mozzarella...hmmmm, I probably need to start a diet NOW to make up for all the drinks and delicious food I am going to consume that week! After all, I have 2.5 years worth of enjoyment to make up for! 😁

I always love the way you end your days on these reviews, and I think this is the best one yet! I adore shrimp, but I have to say I would NOT have been brave enough to be the first one to eat one to see what they tasted like/were they poisonous. They look pretty dang creepy!!!

Thanks for the review! We debated on a Havana cabin for our upcoming sailing, but decided to just go with an aft balcony since we are splurging on a Excel cabin for our Celebration cruise in March. I'm glad to hear you say Mardi Gras is a great ship....I am getting excited!!!!

It's on the list! I went ahead and Googled the menus for Brass Magnolia and Fortune Teller.....ahhh I am in trouble, there are so many drinks I want to try! I have a feeling I may actually reach the 15 drink limit. 😲 Good thing I have no plans for Roatan day, I think I'm sending DH diving and I will do a little day drinking. 😁

We have gone multiple times. I always get the caprese as my app (I need veggies!) and it’s good, but DH gets the meatball and when I tried a bite…OMG. It’s GREAT. If you don’t feel guilty eating a meal without veggies, get that…it’s so yummy. I always get the chicken parm, it’s delicious every time. I don’t like pasta, so I get potatoes on the side.

THANK YOU!!! I had someone from Philly tell me that a "real" steak & cheese had cheeze whiz on it....I was like "That's disgusting." Maybe it is supposed to, but no....I dont want mine with that fake junk, I want provolone on it!

Oh I love a good sangria, and we have reservations at Rudi's, so I will try it!! I am ehhhhhh on tequilla....after one of my cruises to Mexico I just havent been able to drink it like I used too. I will try the coffee tips tho, DH and I are both coffee-holics! We love good coffee, so I am making note to check out Bar Della Rosa!
