Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Slightly new on this thread - quick question - are the answers above still Valid ? I have a Side to Side next week - MSC Divina 9/15 - 18/22 Plus RC Harmony 9/18 - 25/22 - and I've not gone from one terminal to another here ~ Has there been any newer shuttle between terminals initiated since COVID restart ? I do know how to summon a LYFT (Think they are only RideShare allowed in there) - but just was hoping there's a newer service. TYIA for any insights - now if I can just get a NEGATIVE Covid test before 9/12 ?? Yea - last cruise I got caught by *IT* for my first time! Over it now but still testing POS - 😞
  2. Wow - that is great ! Yes US Sailings do HAVE the Duty-Free port visits, but as far as I have experienced, US sailings cannot consume port purchased beverages aboard. As mentioned, I will NOT go "thirsty" with comp casino and other drinks ~ I really want to try MSC ! Much appreciated info !
  3. Hi and TYV for the info - yes I suppose I could do that - and if I do NOT get it back, it's not expensive wine ! LOL - but it's my Preferred wine - oh Well - I have RCCL Diamond and Casino Prime - I will NOT go without ! This cruise is a casino comp offer, so I will probably go, anyway as my Toe-in-the-Water cruise with MSC ! Smooth seas to all !
  4. Great and Detailed review, 1Kaper ! Ocean Cay review is quite interesting; I have been to CocoCay several times and loved it, and food is fairly good there & staff all great -- I am trying to book my first MSC sailing - a 3 night on DIVINA thru URC - and I don't drink a LOT, but DO like to have free drinks in casino ! I also like to carry aboard my favorite Wine, but I am not seeing that I would be allowed - Does anyone know if you can bring your own WIne aboard, like on RCCL and Carnival and Celebrity ? If I cannot, may be a deal breaker 😞 The sailing I asked for would be Leg 1 of a Side to Side with RC HARMONY ~ Thanks again !
  5. Oweee ~ that was what I was fearing - i'm not paying MUCH more than that for the entire 3 night sailing - casino comp - I am asking my TA - URComped - they don't know either - maybe I shall CALL MSC -- what a concept ! LOL But TYVM
  6. Quick question - about going from one ship to another - aka *Side to Side* sailings ~ ~ Background -- - I have potential of a Side to Side Cruise from MSC DIVINA to RCCL HARMONY, both from Pt Canaveral, in Sept. I have done Side to Side from one RCCL ship to another, and did B2Bs as well. There was complimentary COVID testing done between sailings - know it's changed on the RCCL B2Bs now. Question is - Does MSC provide such Complimentary testing when going from their ship to another cruise line's ship? My possible MSC Cruise is a shortie and mostly comped, so I really don't want to double the price with an over $100 test ! It could be a deal killer for the MSC sailing. TYIA for any info and insights - and yes I WILL get tested and have ZERO problems with it. Smooth Seas to ALL !
