Hi all - I'm ready to book my first Princess B2B and am a little unsure about a few things.  I'm trying to figure out if it'll be better to book this cruise as one 20-day cruise or two 10-day cruises.  I think I've figured out the OBCs for FCCs and stock holders but I'm confused about these things:

    1.  If we book this cruise as a 20 day cruise, we will get just 1 loyalty point in the Captain's Circle?  If we book it as two 10-day cruises, we'd get 2 points, right?

    2.  How many bar set-ups will there be in a reg. balcony cabin for 20 days?  Will it be just the 1?  If we book as two 10-day cruises, we'd get 2 set-ups right?

    3.  How many internet minutes would we get for a 20 day cruise - 250 each?  Would it be more if we booked two 10-day cruises?
    4.  Will we get one Loyalty OBC for the 20-day cruise and two for the 10-day cruises?

    TIA for the help!  🏝️

I am confused. If you are Elite, why would the loyalty points matter?

Hi Everyone, we transferred our cancelled July cruise this year to a July cruise next year via Princess's transfer to the equivalent cruise in 2022 promotion. We were originally booked in cabin L102 DW grade but have been moved to E522 DW grade. I can't find any photos of cabin E522 apart from on cruisedeckplans but these are generic photos for 5 different ships, has anyone got actual photos of the obstructed balcony of E522 on the Sky Princess? From what I have researched these cabins are chalk and cheese regarding the obstructed view and size of balcony despite being in the same grade any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would call my TA or Princess and get the original cabin back and have it marked for no upgrade!

There is no way to get a quote on the Princess website prior to booking your cruise.  Airfare will be available 330 days in advance of your voyages return date thru Princess EZ.

If you book the “Flexible” airfare you can modify the flight, select a lower airfare, and cancel up to 45 days prior to departure with no fees. Another great feature is your airfare is not paid until the final payment date of your cruise (not at the time of the air booking).

I always get flight quotes before booking a cruise.  Click on the cruise you want and look down under the map of the cruise and you will see flight quotes.Input your info for the quotes. You do not need to be booked to see the airfares!

We are booked on 15th November Sky cruise, flying in 2 days earlier to Miami from UK.  I'm 50/50 whether this will go ahead and if I want to go.  However our balance is due in July, if I cancel I lose just over a £1000 non-refundable deposit.  We booked through a cruise travel agent.  So I'm thinking it's probably best to pay and hope cruise is cancelled. I think that way I'm entitled too a full refund through the agent.  If cruise goes ahead I would probably go, or may have option to move to another next year.  However, the way Florida is looking at the moment our foreign office may advise not to travel, then I should be entitled too a full refund hopefully.  Hard to decide what to do.

We are on both the 5/5 and 5/15 cruises and our cruise on the 15th is showing a due date in October.Maybe yours is 3 months earlier because you are in the UK.

Now that we know the Enchanted's TA has been cancelled, which would you do if you wanted to cruise in that same time frame?

    A.  Cancel your January cruise now and book something different
    B.  Wait until Princess cancels it and scramble to find something else

    Thanks for your opinions.  🌴

We were booked for the 25 night cruise on Enchantment leaving on 10/25 from Italy and just booked Sky for 20 nights leaving NY on 11/5.

Wow, I would have guessed that "C" was short for "Coral."  Despite all the posts that mentioned the "CP", I never bothered to check.,

I learned something today, so I guess I can now take a nap!

People often refer to Caribbean Princess as CP but it’s designation is CB.I believe Coral is CO.

I see no reason to dispute it the date mentioned on the video: PTZ's 'thing' is scenic livecams, of which ship arrivals and departures are included, and, checking ship trackers, the CP was in FLL on the 27th as an unscheduled (pre-COVID) stop. The ~6:30PM time of arrival seems to match the ambient light as sunset wouldn't've been for about another hour twenty.

Edit: As to why there seems to be passengers on it... no idea.

FYI,CP is the designation for Sea Princess.

Carnival's most recent SEC 10-K filing states they do not have business interruption insurance.

    Insurance

    a.  General

We maintain insurance to cover a number of risks associated with owning and operating our vessels and other non-ship related risks. All such insurance policies are subject to coverage limits, exclusions and deductible levels. Insurance premiums are dependent on our own loss experience and the general premium requirements of our insurers. We maintain certain levels of deductibles for substantially all the below-mentioned coverages. We may increase our deductibles to mitigate future premium increases. We do not carry coverage related to loss of earnings or revenues from our ships or other operations.

As a stockholder,I think a lawsuit against every director who voted to exclude this coverage should be brought!
