Our cruise is a 26-day voyage.

Cloudy and cool start to the day in Ensenada.

It has been at least a year since we have had a Princess related offer on our Amex Platinum card.

This afternoon we had a lengthy conversation with a very senior officer re: the gastrointestinal infections (G.I.) onboard. We were told that when the G.I. announcement was made there were 8 confirmed cases at that time. Also, that during the entire voyage there have been approx 30 confirmed G.I. cases. We were told that there were many inquiries regarding the "700" cases that passengers thought they heard. I must apologize for not verifying the number we thought we heard. I am very sorry for the misinformation.

We have not heard any negatives about any of the MDR's. The menu's are the same. The MDR's are busier between 5 pm and 7 pm. We have been in the Botticelli MDR and have been very happy with the food and service.

For most of the day today we had swells of 3 meters. Tonight it is much calmer.

Can we please put the kids/teenagers elevator debate to bed. Thank you... 🙏

I know, as soon as we board we stuff them under the bed and tell our room steward to leave them there for the duration of the cruise.

Our TA advised bookings open for elites on July 28th. For others they open the following day.

I just tried the brown flour pizza, my 1 to 10 scale below. Regular Pizza- 8+ Brown flour- minus 5! Tasted like cardboard! Yuck! 😬 They have drained the pools down by two feet. Probably due to the sloshing water (is sloshing a real word?).

We just received the below upgrade offers for our upcoming November Med/TA voyage on the Enchanted. We are currently in a non-Club Class mini-suite. We placed a bid for a Club Class mini-suite. The minimum bid seems very reasonable. Check out the minimum bid for the Sky Suite, yikes! 😮

We have had teenagers running up and down our hallway at midnight on several nights. We are looking forward to our November Med/TA cruise on the Enchanted, no kids. 🥺

Yes, plan B for sure! We have been on several October Hawaii cruises and the weather has been the same until you get close to the islands.

The time has arrived to start thinking about going home, so sad. 😥

Day 15: Another cloudy and cold sea day. Seas were a bit choppy last night and remain choppy this morning. Tomorrow we will arrive in Ensenada.

We are eagerly awaiting our first voyage on the Enchanted in November, 26-day Med and TA. 🙂

Day 14: Weather report for today is much windier than yesterday and colder. Photo would look the same as yesterday's. Not pool weather for sure! It will be a very busy day in the inside venues.

Several of us in Vines heard 700 and we confirmed with each other what we heard. The Captain's accent is heavy.
